There was dog poop, the rooms smelled like smoke, and there were trash bags of take out left out for two days.

The hallways smelled strongly of smoke, and I had to maneuver around piles of trash and debris just to get to my room. There appeared to be stains and other substances on the walls, and a blanket, a pair of shoes, cigarette butt, and condom wrapper, remained in the hallway the entire night without being cleaned up. The room also had issues Behind the parking spaces, I noticed broken glass in the dirt, suggesting that vehicles may have been broken into. I was traveling with a bicycle and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it outside or on my vehicle, so I brought it into my room because there were so many suspicious people around the property. There was also a truck parked with someone in it in the corner of the lot loaded with scrap metal and several bicycles, which only added to the unsettling atmosphere. My experience with the staff was also disappointing. When I arrived after 4:00 p.m., my room still wasn’t ready. At check-in, the front desk clerk simply greeted me by saying, “ID,” which felt rude and unprofessional. The front desk associate at checkout was much more courteous, and I shared my concerns in the hope that management would address them. Overall, the property was dirty, unwelcoming, and did not feel secure. I also question the accuracy of the hotel’s ratings, as guests are encouraged to leave five-star reviews in exchange for a free soda making the overall score misleading. See photos

Plenty of truck/trailer parking, very nice courtyard with pool, tables & chairs, comfortable bed/pillows room is small, room fridge is small, hallway dirty, laundry room dirty with broken appliance, no breakfast, no regular coffee for room, staff was pleasant

room was not as advertised! bathroom was extremely dirty… lots of hair on the floor, carpet smelled mildewed and very dirty! I will advise any occupants whom have asthma should not reserve any room at this location! Not worth paying for a sleepless night!

It was okay

No cable, just analog . Tub clogged up.

Upon entering the room we were met with a dead roach at the door and dead bug in the room. The TV had static the entire time. The only enjoyable portion of this stay was that we were able to walkout our patio door to the pool which we enjoyed. The room beside us their AC unit was burning and had to be replaced. i would not recommend this property even though the location is great the accommodation is NOT.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you about the cleanliness of the hotel or anything else for that matter. I made a reservation more than a month in advance through expedia for my stay. I used my card to reserve the room and my confirmation stated that my card would be billed at the time of check in. I received correspondence shortly before my check in date that reminding me that my check date was quickly approaching with nothing that I needed to do. I get to the hotel and attempt to check my daughter and myself in. The guy calls over perhaps the manager and they tell me that my reservation had been canceled. I asked why and he told me ot was due to non payment. I explained that my card was on file and that the booking said the payment would be the day of my check in . Mind you, this wasn't due to insufficient funds or a declined credit card. He said that he tried to contact me but had no information for me on file. He advised me to take the matter up with Expedia. I asked if they had any available rooms and he said "No." So we left. Needless to say, I will never again use or recommend them. I did go online to read their reviews after the fact and saw where someone else had the same issue with their reservation was canceled the day they tried to check in. That particular weekend was a concert in the area and all of the neighboring hotels were booked. Luckily, I had family in the area and was able to stay with them. But this is definitely a no go moving forward.

Staffing was rude check in was at 4 we get there at 430, the housekeeper was still cleaning our room and the products were so strong we had to leave for a few hours. Check out was at 11am housekeeping was knocking on our room door at 10:15am and did not want to give is clean wash clothes before leaving. And the A/C did not work when first got there.

The front desk person was hard working and there 24/7. The building itself is starting to show its age. Could use some updates.

The lobby area was clean but our room smelled like weed, the bathroom had lots of mold, there was sunflower seeds all over the floor, and a cigarette carton and old piece of chicken in the pull out bed. Will not be staying here again.

Great location from everything 10- 20 mins or less time to get around the city.. the hotel was comfortable but the only thing was no staff never came to clean or give clean towels within the 3 days of my stay..
