and obvious wear and tear mostly in the bathroom with regard to the caulking and water seal around the shower and floor and I've never seen any mold anywhere. I am looking forward to a transition away from carpet. Beds were clean and comfortable. I always fumble with the pillows but they are good. Mom said they were too soft. For me, they were just right. Front desk staff were amazing! Nice, polite, answered all our questions, and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The coffee and tea were freshly brewed with one of the staff asking my mom to wait as she was getting ready to brew fresh tea. Mom said it was very good. The breakfast items were pretty standard. Yogurt, waffles (freshly made), cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Our only complaint was pool access. There was no easy way to access it. The exit closest to the pool was marked as "Emergency Exit Only" leaving you the option of going out the front door (through a very heavily used smoking area) and around the hotel or out the exit at the opposite end of the hotel furthest from the pool and walking the length of the hotel to get to it. As my mom was with us, I made sure to book this one so she could get in after driving all day. The thunderstorm is the only thing that made it negligible. Otherwise, a great place to stay for the money.

This place is not clean. The hair dryer, coffee maker or safe worked. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty and the breakfast was not fresh. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was very dirty!! Shower didn’t look like it was cleaned whatsoever, the bathroom door wouldn’t even close correctly do to it being broken. The night stand had something spilled on it, the phone didn’t even work at first. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Location was Central to everything I needed to get to in Charlotte. Great place to stay and a great value.

Very good

The check-in was less than six minutes. Very smooth. The room was nice and clean and very cool. The breakfast the next morning was very good. The whole day was excellent.

Every one was nice

It was ok but the carpet was sticky and gross and overall just not clean. Definitely bring sandals or something to walk on in the room. Felt very dirty. But it was cheap so I guess that's what you get.

The property was dated, the night staff didn’t want to provide a roll of tissue, they don’t offer pack-n-play. They have made up rules that they call “policy” but when you ask for a copy or we link, they cannot produce. It’s not worth the money

Definitely a 2 star hotel. Staff was great. But the hotel was very poor. Trash still in my room from previous guests. Stains in the walls, remote control was missing batteries, etc.
