This hotel was very clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Charlotte

I quite liked this hotel. It felt very nice and clean. I would stay here again. Only thing is I was on the 4th floor and the window doesn’t open, and I’m sensitive to cleaning products so I would have liked to open up the window to let the fresh air in. But I found this was the case for almost every hotel I stayed in. I would still stay here again and just turn in the fan or A/C or something.

Very nice stay. Enjoyed a clean room and a nice continental breakfast. Nice location.

Good value for the location. Very clean and comfortable. When we were there the staff was somewhat absent. Never anyone at the desk and they seemed distracted when they appeared.

For the price, the room was starting to show wear: peeled off wallpaper in a corner of the bedroom area, rust-ringed shower drain and faucet. The property has crowded parking and now charges $10 a day to park. Pluses: friendly staff, convenient location, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool.

Loved the bedroom suite and amazing jet bath. Was really relaxing and the desk space for my husband to work on eabs the office chair was comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and fireplace in the lounge area. The Receptionist lady was lovely and made things right with my husband after a few hiccups along the way. Overall everything was clean and tidy including the bedroom suite and hotel. Fantastic location and the big fountain outside is beautiful. You had to pay for parking and we appreciate the breakfast included in our stay. However it needed a little more improvement like extra fruits and bread.
