Great location for Spectrum Center. Valet staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was extremely limited, with very few options available. For a hotel offering breakfast as part of the stay, I expected a better variety and overall quality. I did appreciate the manager taking the time to listen to my concerns and attempting to address the situation. I was promised compensation in the form of hotel points as a resolution to the issues I experienced. However, as of this review, I have not received the promised points or any follow-up regarding the compensation. Overall, this experience fell well below my expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and follows through on the compensation that was promised, while also taking steps to improve cleanliness, odor control, breakfast options, and overall guest satisfaction.

Location. Right in the heart of Charlotte. Many restaurants nearby. Room size is fine. Valet parking process through phone text message was a little too complicated. $45/night. Asking tips every time requesting getting our car through the link from text message. It was longer than expected to get our car.

Great location for the Spectrum Center. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast was another major disappointment. The food was not enjoyable, the selection was very limited, and the kitchen appeared to be severely understaffed, with only two employees working. While I understand that being overworked can be frustrating, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and they expressed that they were overwhelmed due to the lack of staffing. The one positive aspect of my stay was the manager, Julie. She was pleasant, professional, and made an effort to accommodate me and address the issues caused by other staff members. I truly appreciated her willingness to help. At this point, I cannot say whether management has fully rectified the situation. Julie promised to provide me with points as compensation since I booked through Expedia, so I am waiting to see whether those points are actually credited. Overall, I am completely disappointed with my experience and hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, breakfast quality, and staffing.

The location to our event was in walking distance. It was very unclear about the valet parking, and it was a bit rushed after a long drive there. It was pretty dirty. Room had hair and on the floors and looked like stains on the ceiling.

Room very clean, staff were nice, breakfast could be better,$55 to park was kind of steep
-
No restaurant in hotel
-
breakfast was good The only thing I would say I didn't care for is that I thought with the suite, the beds would be in separate rooms. The suite only added a couch.
-
Had a wonderful time at my family reunion. Friendly staff and comfortable beds!

The lady that comes around to check the room to make sure it can I forgot her name she was was awesome me and my sister just love how she made sure we had everything we needed Something was going on with the elevator we kept hearing deal tones where the elevator was calling an actual person, and they were the automated system out while riding the elevator thought that was a little weird other than that the stay was wonderful

Excellent location, right across the street from Spectrum Center. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms were nice & clean.

Room was nice, it was clean. We had a sleeper sofa and would have been nice to have had a better blanket and pillow for it. The parking garage next door is not part of the hotel. The city owns and the cost is $65 per day.
