It was convient off the interstate, clean, great rate & awesome breakfast Didn’t like that no one actually checked me out. Just dropped key in a box and no one up at front desk at all.

The hotel is generally clean. However, there are people who clearly come there for entertainment. Whether it’s to utilize the indoor pool or it’s to have maybe a gathering at the hotel. When we stayed a large group was there and they had a bunch of wine and beer bottles that they left out in the lobby area. Then there was loud music coming from a couple of different rooms with clearly a lot of people in the room. However, surprisingly, they could not really be heard too much from our room next-door only from the hallway. It is also pet friendly so we had a room that had clear urine stains.

We always enjoy a true suite where the bedroom is separate and has a door. Also, the proximity to the airport was fantastic! The breakfast wasn’t great but there are items to appeal to most everyone.

I LOVE this property! It has everything an in-room kitchen, an indoor pool, and the kindest staff. It smells so fresh and looks beautiful throughout. Hands down my go-to place every time I’m in Charlotte, NC!
