The staff are the friendliest, most professional, awesome individuals EVER!!! If highly recommend staying here! Nothing! It was amazing! Right next to beach and has a lot of food options within walking distance.

This hotel is in the perfect location, away from the touristy American Village but still close to beaches, restaurants, bars and seafront walks. The room was comfortable, clean, bright and had good kitchen essentials and a washer & dryer. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful and went out of the way to make my stay pleasant even during a typhoon and the resulting flight delays. Room cleaning more than twice each week would have been nice, maybe every other day even

The staff are SUPER kind and have been so amazing!!! It’s by very good restaurants and the ocean!! Parking is tight but the staff assist there as well! The staff and location really made this an amazing place to stay!!!!

The location is fantastic! Many restaurants within walking distance; several on the same street. The staff are friendly, helpful, and pay great attention to detail. I am currently one month into a three month stay. I am happy to stay here for the next two months. Parking is tight but that's typical of Okinawa. Some of the in-room amenities are not what I'm used to in larger western hotels. It was still comfortable and livable.

Great location in Chatan, perfect for diving and exploring tidal pools on the Miyagi Coast. Very close to many great restaurants as well. Staff was approachable, kind, and always available for questions.

The fact that there was a lovely hot tub, but it was closed because it was considered off-season was slightly disappointing. The March, whether we were having would’ve been well suited for using a hot tub.

Staff here are absolutely wonderful. Very clean, super friendly, exceeded my needs and expectations. The coffee and breakfast are great. Loved having the washer and dryer and kitchenette for my month long stay. Quiet and peaceful area, not much traffic. Lots of great places to eat and sights within walking distance. The parking area is small but the staff will park your car for you if necessary

Staff was friendly professional and very helpful. Property was extremely clean and well cared for. Good location close to the seawall and local restaurants. In room washer and dryer was another bonus. Toilet area kind of small.

The best service ever. The staffs were so accommodating. Knowing what breakfast choice we like. Knowing who we were, playing and chatting with our 4 yrs old. Lovely team! The room was clean and had a kitchen and washing machine and drier. The room was very quiet and sound proof. I think it was a bit costly and parking was thigh so the hotel had to move cars around to fit us all.

I don't eat much pastries, so I didn't eat the breakfast. Perhaps serving some protein at breakfast like boiled eggs
