Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place

We love Drury. We try to stay as much as we can depending on rates. Its convenient to stores and places in Hamilton Place even if not too close to where we usually visit on lookout mountain. For those that take advantage, they have evening food that many people use for dinner. Just wish they had more variety. Some visits its the same food. We are pickier but others might not be.

Clean room. Clean hotel overall. Up-to-date decor. Typical breakfast spread. Helpful and professional front desk. Would definitely stay at a Drury Plaza again.

From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear how well-maintained this property is—the entire hotel was spotless, well-lit, and incredibly welcoming. Highlights of Our Stay: * Rooms & Property: Our room was immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable, with fresh linens and a perfectly maintained layout. The rest of the common areas were just as spotless. * Pool area & Hot Tub: The hot tub was fantastic! It was clean, warm, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of driving and exploring the area. * Breakfast & Evening Kickback: The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic—great variety, fresh options, and plenty of space to enjoy a meal. The evening happy hour (5:30 Kickback®) was equally great with delicious complimentary food and drinks. * Exceptional Service: A massive shoutout to the amazing employee assisting with the evening happy hour on Thursday night! She was exceptionally warm, attentive, hard-working, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a wonderful experience. That level of genuine hospitality truly set this stay apart. If you’re visiting Chattanooga, this hotel is a gem. We will definitely be back on our next trip through the area!

This hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond, super friendly! The amenities are great. You cannot beat free food! The room was super clean. This was our first experience at a Drury. We plan to look for these from now on!

First time and will have many more, the hotel matched the city's vibe with a community feel. The room and bathroom were really clean and maintained and the staff was all very friendly.
