Serenity Stay

Room smell was awful bad. I requested a new room, but it was same situation. Bad smell, unclean, stain on sheets and bathroom seat. Refrigerator was leaking water (somebody left the door of the fridge open) Also someone place a plastic bag on the smog detector. In the middle of the nigh a lady and the security person open my door, even though I did put the key (it was scary) I initially booked for 3 days but next day I went to the counter to checkout. They told I will be charged just for the night I stayed but when checking my bill online at hotels.com It was charged full for 3 nights. I need an explanation. I'm not a complainer but this is the worst hotel I ever been. The only good thing I could say, they always were respectful, and I was to them too, but I need to solve the charge $$

My room was clean and beds were comfortable. They had waffles for breakfast. Good overall experience. Stayed one night.

The rooms are clean and updated. The AC was great and the staff was super helpful. We will stay there again on our next trip to Chattanooga

Gentleman who greeted me when I arrived was beyond the words "customer service" - I truly felt welcomed. Rooms were perfect for a good night rest with the right amenities. Quiet and Easily Accessible to a number of restraunts, gas stations, and other places of interest.

Cobran fee por todo, mascota, reservar antes de las 10am y después de las 7pm no me han devuelto el depósito.

Breakfast was Great. The location. Tricky to get in to on your first trip to it.

The staff the room everything made this stay a perfect time everyone was nice and the service was amazing hope to be there again. Would definitely recommend. Stains in certain areas but other than that no problems at all

My grandkids and us loved the pool The view was horrible...the toilet seat is cracked and pinched our booties....the black guy that said he was security but he was grounds keeper was very annoying never had anyone bothering us at the pool every 5 seconds u can't do this u can't do that ...it's Neva happened before at any motel til now ...my son got out pool and went to smoke and the black man said he had to put a shirt on if he standing outside.... seriously he Jst got out the water ....we won't Neva be back this property
