We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The breakfast and lunch were amazing. The night time activities were in and around the hotel area was great. I met some incredible people at the hotel.
-
The room was clean and check-in was seamless. Valet service was amazing. I had to leave at 5:30 but valet didn't technically open until 6. They made sure my car was ready! The complaints would be the mattress moved very easy, letting the pillows fall behind the bed. The pillows were very flat. The room did not cool down. Thankfully we had a fan. I would stay again!

I was welcome by a big roach when stepped i inside the hotel. The room needs updating and they didn’t even do the bed they just put clean towels.
-
Great location! We have stayed here several time but this time a few things were off. Terrible smell coming from the second floor, hair dryer missing, after cleaning the room didn’t leave was clothes and bottle water.

Very good

The air in the room didn’t get cold and in this summer heat, that made the stay very uncomfortable. Also, there were stains on the pillows and towels from the previous occupant.
-
The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. There were three restaurants in the hotel and a Starbucks coffee shop. Local attractions were within walking distance. My wife liked that the room was dark and quiet. Be ready to pay to park your car not just at the Hotel but anywhere in Chattanooga. It cost me $48 for two days at the hotel to park my car. The first clue we were in a high-crime area was when we went into the grocery store down from the hotel; there were three local police officers on duty as security. When I drove a half mile from the hotel I had to stop behind a car doing a drug deal in the middle of the road. It would be nice if a person could operate the lights by the bed while lying in the bed.

This location was great! My significant other and I visited for a quick birthday trip and everything was so beautiful, down to the personalization of the room. I thought there was a pool, but it did not ruin the trip!
-
The breakfast was my favorite. It is by far the best I've had at a hotel.

Welcomed our two dogs in without an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful.
-
Location, cleanliness, kind front desk. Genuinely pet-friendly! The bathroom door slammed shut - one of the guests hurt her thumb, then spilled her coffee

Great hotel!

Perfect Spot for Our 14th Anniversary The Chattanoogan Hotel is by far one of our top staycation picks in Chattanooga, and it didn't disappoint for our 14th wedding anniversary. Our room was a great size and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. We spent two evenings at the High Rail Bar, where the lemon drops quickly became our favorite. The next morning, my wife grabbed a Starbucks coffee and a light breakfast downstairs before we headed back to the room to relax until checkout. The staff throughout our stay were amazing — attentive and friendly at every turn. We'll definitely be back for our next celebration!

Wonderful staff. Central location. I will come again, this is now my go-to stop when in Chattanooga.
-
They didn’t have our room ready so we weren’t able to get in to get ready for the wedding we were attending. It was also very dark in the bathroom with only 1 dim light.
-
The front desk was nice There were teenage girls screaming and squealing until after midnight. Then they were back at it around 7:30 am. Paid for the stay and then have to pay for parking- greedy.
-
Convenience, good location, overall clean Food was a little pricey
