Great location! Staff and front desk super welcoming and polite. Loved the breakfast! I usually bring my own pillows but we forgot them this trip...the pillows weren't very comfy.

Front desk check in was great. Had an issue with paying for parking on the app prior to going in, but she immediately fixed everything. Location was great.

Location We arrived and were told that we did not have our room that was reserved. We originally had 2 queen beds but was given a king bed and sofa. This was my son’s move in day for college and it was not comfortable.

The rooms were very clean I wish it had more food locations closer to the hotel

We were in town for a concert. Nice hotel and pretty centrally located. Breakfast was decent. Hotel description says it has valet parking, but there is a parking lot right outside the lobby, however, like all Chattanooga public parking, it is paid parking. However if you wait until you go into the lobby, they will give you a discount code so that it drops to $18/day vs. $31.

Tried to charge me $18 extra for parking on the property. Luckily I was there on the weekend & street parking is free on the weekends. However I had to walk from the next street over with luggage. I called the front desk to ask for password for wifi. I was told it was last name & room number. I was not told that it is not free. They wanted $9 for wifi usage or for you to become a member. The hotel has horrible service in your room. I paid extra for a King suite with a view. The view was horrible not worth extra money. Hotel was clean & the breakfast was good. Would never stay there again because wifi & parking should be included in the price. Also advertising’s city view without a city view is misleading.

Everything was good. Emma at front desk was very nice and helpful. She gave me a coupon for dessert or an appetizer at the Public House and directed me to Clumpie's Cream. The one thing that was concerning was a foul odor coming from somewhere within the hotel.

Emma at the front desk was great at solving our initial problems. Could not get in the first room due to a broken lock which had been reported before. Second room the battery in the thermostate didn't work, so we did three room changes, but all done efficiently. Emma appeared to be the only employee on duty that evening so she was also checking people in and tending the bar, seems like there should be at least two people just for safety of the staff!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend get away to celebrate a close friend’s wedding. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Upon arrival the check in process was smooth and the room was very clean and smelled good as well. I’ll be honest we weren’t big fans of the bed due to little comfort. That would be my only complaint that I’d consider worth mentioning. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants and shopping plaza.
