It features 2 outdoor pools ( 1 swimming pool at the beach club and 1 swimming pool with slider at our newly renovated hotel buildings). Air-conditioned rooms at Ark Bar have private balconies. Each room has a flat-screen cable TV and a safety deposit box. Guests can enjoy a body massage or play a game of billiards. Free Wi-Fi is available. The beachside restaurant offers indoor or outdoor dining. Offerings include Thai and Western dishes, and fresh seafood specialties. Following one initial warning, if noise disturbances continue, the hotel reserves the right to require an immediate check-out. In such cases, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The hotel strictly prohibits the smoking of cannabis on the hotel premises and in all guest rooms. The Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Chaweng. It is incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Being within walking distance of the night life clubs made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The Rooms: Our room was impeccable—spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The Staff: What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. Every single member of the staff we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was the reception team providing excellent local recommendations or the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was perfect, the service was consistently high-quality. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. Thank you!

Easy access to that side of the beach and some nearby restaurants. They did have a great attached breakfast place… if your sleep didn’t go so well. Fire shows are right there! Outside pool staff is pretty good. It’s a party hotel. Staff are okay, compared to the rest of Thailand’s hospitality… subpar here. The door there revolves very fast with a high turnover. Rates should be cheaper for the value. Right over flight path… every plane shakes the grounds. Early morning alarm clock is a 727 landing or taking off over your head. Party’s last till 3am, then someone will keep going. Only like 4 balconies actually have a view… but your view is the party deck. No room service. Overly priced for what you’d want. Get out of that area if you want sleep! Think Cancun but for Thailand.

So close to the beach and restaurants and fast food There were a lot of ants on my desk it was annoying. You’re only allowed 1 beach towel a day as well which is annoying

location good if you don't mind blasting music until 4 in the morning. breakfast and food was way overpriced overpriced food for an overpriced room. it should be one or the other.

In the heart of the center, close to everything. One of the best bar is inside the hotel and availible via direct access from the rooms. If you came for sleep before 2-3 am, this is not the hotel for you. There is a crazy noise coming from Arkbar until closure. Sound club and club seen noises continue till 5 am. And finally when it becomes quiet, the planes fly over the hotel with great noise every half an hour. :)) Rooms are a bit old but still clean and fine.

Cleaning of the rooms wasn't the best. Constant noise from outside because of parties in the hotel.

This is our second time staying at ArkBar and we absolutely loved it again. The pool area has been extended as well as the beach bar. Services are excellent.

The location Noisy to the point that you can't sleep, it's getting quiet from 3am till 2pm and again the DJ on, so you can't rest. The bed mattress is not comfortable at all, where I spent 9 night suffering the back pain, the room insufficient lighting.

Location The hotel issues 3 different keys when checking in Chances are. You'll misplace one of them and have to pay $15 Euros for a card that cost 20 cents.

The staff really is impeccable, very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel has a good location if you want to stay in the middle of Chaweng. Good food at the restaurant and they even showed F1, which was a plus. The only problem with this property is the other customers. It seems like it is mainly Israelis there, which have no respect for the staff, the Thai culture or other guests. This is not how i remembered Chaweng, and it is certainly not something i will come back to. Unfortunately Chaweng is just one out of several places in Thailand that have been occupied by these type of tourists.
