Elephant Beach Club & Resort Samui

Good location for the fire show but Love Beach next door is better. Only suitable for those that want to party from morning to late. It is among 3 hotels with ‘beach clubs’ all next to each other. It’s not really a beach club either just a DJ around the pool. From the 3 beach club hotels this has to be the lowest standards. Love is no.1, ARKbar 2, and this one is just terrible in comparison and double the price! We wanted to cancel upon arrival.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. In the evening, we enjoyed a spectacular fire show that created a wonderful atmosphere around the resort. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you for making our daughter’s graduation trip so memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would love to return in the future. Thank you again. Dar N/A

Gregory the manager at the resort was exceptional. He made both my daughter feel like we were family. He would go out of his way to do so with authenticity. Rare in today’s world. Now staying at the ritz Carlton . Doesn’t compare . The food at elephant was exceptional. The people another level above. The Ritz Carlton should take a page out of Gregorio’s and staff book. Ie how to run a hotel and look after their customers with warmth and authenticity. Merci Gregory for everything. I don’t normally write reviews but this one is worth my time to do so and should be shared with other people. The club noise and some young patrons are coming home at the early hours of the morning. Still in the party mode good and bad. but funny,

Amazing location. Beautifully decorated throughout the whole hotel . The rooms have an amazing relaxing vibe . Nothing not to like . It’s truly on top 10/10 rating

Was absolutely stunning. Like being in true paradise. Beautiful beach bar amazing staff. They do a fire show every evening while you relax on the beach.

We had room next to reception which was very calm We liked the boho style of the room Standard size room for two only The bed and mattress too comfortable The bathroom is too small .. the shower pressure is not good and the floor is slippery

Locations was amazing , staff was great , property was always clean , bungalow was so nice , clean and spacious . Great food awesome breakfast wonderful fire show every night Hot water in shower never got hot , when ordering a drink or food you couldn’t charge to your room .

The staff were very supportive and helpful — they truly tried their best to make our stay comfortable and offered quick solutions when issues came up. The overall cleanliness wasn’t great, the room was very humid and felt like moldy and sticky, and the pool needed better maintenance. Breakfast was below expectations with limited options. Electricity went off several times, and we weren’t informed before booking that there’s no room service.

The management of the place was rude, sometime it was clean and sometime not. I felt they just after our money and don't care about our comfort of the staying. Not recommanded!!!

Location is 10/10 and is located just 50 meters away from the main busy street so everything is within walkable distance and beach a few meters away. However, the beach is not very swimmable and has several sea urchins and cucumbers and rocks so make sure to wear sea shoes while walking around, so you need to walk 100 meters away to a cleaner sandy beach. The free message service and the fire shows at the beach front were amazing and we loved it. The breakfast is spectacular. The rooms were very basic. There was no table where I can set up my laptop, this is probably the first hotel to lack this basic amenity. The shower and toilet were too close together. The safe model used within the rooms is quite outdated.

The property and room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The manager was always on hand and visible to guests. The food was great and good value. I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it however the room we had the shower was very close to the toilet and there was no shower tray which meant that the floor around the toilet would be wet. It was okay for us as we only stayed tonight, but could become annoying if staying for longer. We did book the most basic room. Also, the tide is quite far out for most of the day but you can walk a few hundred yards of the beach where it is nicer during the day.

Great staff and the Accom was great Very noisy with party central

Everything was great Beach was not clean and was not in condition that you could swim. If you wanted to swim, you had to walk about 100 yards to get to most clean area.

Exceptional

Fabulous beach stay. Rooms are on the small side but that said it has all you need to be comfortable during your stay. Hotel is right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea (and in the sea - excellent touch ?) The staff were absolutely fantastic - always there to help and assist with any requests. Special thanks to Ava and Fiw - made my stay unforgettable - thank you ladies!

After 7 visits to various Thailand places , we found the best location and hotel. Top class. Great staff, food, facilities and location.
