Very friendly and accommodating staff. When I had an unfortunate event arise with my room in the middle of the night they got me in a new room and although they didn’t offer a lot of compensation when I asked for it they obliged.

Great staff. Warm welcome and Attentive to every detail. A bit dirty, water leaking from ceiling in bathroom, cold atmosphere in the room, not worth the money.

The bed was huge and super comfortable, the A/C was strong and the room was spotless. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations and the view from the pool area was beautiful. The room felt a little sterile.

Everything was very good except the food, the first morning I saw a mouldy crossant for the bteakfast, bakery was not fresh. One night we had a dinner by the pool and my husband ordered a lobster soup and he got sick and stomachache for two days. I had to take him to Samui international hospital which is 10 minutes walk from Baan Haad. But the pool, seaside and beach was amazing. There are a few restraunts on the main road, much cheaper and yummier! Food was not fresh

Only the distance from the central area of chaweng. I liked that it’s quiet but it was too far to walk (unless you walk through the beach during day time) so we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go out.

The room was great, huge bed, big equipped bathroom. Room is equipped with refrigator, coffee machine and desk. Rooms are perfectly clean. The pool is next to the beach with excellent restaurant. The staff is great

Great location and infinity swimming pool watching on the sea There was some bad smell from the showers, we advised the reception and they clean it. The day after it returned again, they offered us the ride to our next hotel which was kindly from their side.

Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location, with storybook pool/beach setting. Everything was wonderful, except the sewerage smell coming from the bathroom area.

Fantastic venue, the infinity pool on the beach is great, the room was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, fantastic shower with the best water pressure we've had anywhere in Thailand, and the staff were incredible. The only downside was that the bar and restaurant were on the expensive side compared to other options in the area.

Location by the beach, 2 different happy hours throughout the day, food was good and in terms of the room good value for money. Water was replenished daily

The place looks very nice. Location was perfect. You can do kayaking and paddling board for free. The massages were 10/10. Breakfast? Amazing! The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We also had lunch and the food was delicious. We rented a motorbike at the hotel when we arrived and they didn’t advise us on which one we should take. Be sure to ask for the biggest one if you two are tall! :) We had loud neighbours but I guess that’s not on the hotel.
