Lovely hotel on the beach with amazing service and great staff. We got an upgrade from the room we booked to a pool villa and they did great efforts for my partners birthday including cake and balloons (I paid for the balloons though the hotel and they placed there beautifully). Really excellent hotel! Everything is great!

Overall this resort have only two good things, the location with direct access to the beach and the room with balcony was ok acceptable The behavior unprofessional of the staff about my complain. Green tea was chargeable not only on the room even in breakfast, tooth brush they asked me to go and collected from reception,

Our upgrade was unexpected but great. The room is huge with the view of the beach on the terrace. The breakfast was also great! Bummer the property didn’t have a beach area for you to wade in or hang out on the sand. You have go to another beach area to do so.

Location required transportation to get anywhere. Wifi was very legy most of the time.

The proximity to the airport. The hotel is rundown a bit, the beach is not existing, the balcony rooms are looking towards one another you can’t really have any windows open, cause your neighbors can see everything. The spa is only accepting cash.

Had to check out after one night. It was noisy partying crowd and dirty and the beach was gone. The food was not served with safe health peptides. They were supposed to refund my remaining 2 nights I am still waiting

- built in pool - an option to rent a bike - Included breakfast, which was good - The staff know English very well and are always ready to help - The building bar and restaurant Gives an option to eat and watch a beautiful view of the sea. - an option to play pool without paying XD - And overall, it is very affordable in terms of price Just a few, very minor things that are not significant: Maybe the food In the restaurant is a bit tiny pricey, but not something that really bothered me. And maybe... that it a 10 minture walk from the center of all the bars etc... but the scooter nullifies that issue :D And that's it, it was still great

Good Value for money Very staff were rude and without any patience. Like low cost flights you pay extra for every little thing.
