We liked everything from the location to the hospitality.

Restaurant is ok but very slow service

Nothing that we didn’t like.

Golf carts to room. No luggage racks, no washcloths, Worst steak ever on Steak Night. Could have been a better breakfast. STEEP, Golf Cart access only, but no wait for them. Room just above massage tents. Saw 4’ Monitor Lizard walk into kitchen.

EVERYTHING!! the staff, the restaurant & staff, the ocean view from infinity pool. It was magical! we loved everything.

Booked 2 bedroom villa with private pool and only got 1 room coz the other room ac was not working

The room was nice and spacious aswell as the bathroom The staff was amazing Some things should be restored, like some furniture, the pool tiles, and some walls should be repainted

The pictures on Booking are from when the hotel was new. Today the furniture is outdated, the bed is very hard and uncomfortable, the walls are dirty with what looks like dead mosquitoes. The toilet area is filthy and they don't clean it, there are dead insects on the ceiling and walls. Unfortunately, my sheets weren't changed for a week even though I asked. Anyone who comes to stay must know that they need to be in good shape, the climb up and down is very steep and difficult when the Tuk Tuk is busy. The food at breakfast is very poor, there really isn't much to choose from. I chose not to come. The staff is nice. The hotel is remote, but that's my choice.Do yourself a favor, don't rent scooters there, they are very broken, not maintained and very expensive.

Not what i expected from the photos, was not clean also, I was so disappointed that I didn’t even stay the night, just left elsewhere nearby, no questions asked and returned my Keyes the next morning. Also did not like how the staff answered me when I simply asked if I could choose my room. When in Samui you know when the staff is kind and genuine, this is not what I felt when I got there. Didn’t even drop my bags when I entered and inspected the room, just saw what I saw and knew I deserved better and walked out. I’m a clean and tidy person so what I saw, the walls, the tiles…was just not up to my standards at all. When you know you deserve better, don’t settle.

very good location, beautiful area. the hotel is located at the seafront. the access to the sea is through the rocky front, but you can swim freely and easily. the resort is marked by 3stars but the staff deserve 4 at least. highly recommend.

The resort is set on a hillside, so it can be a real workout to go to the lobby when it's hot. Fortunately, they have a golf cart and they usually respond quickly to a request for a ride. The included breakfast was pretty lackluster with the dishes being a bit boring.

The resort was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and kind, i loved our stay there, and we even extended one more day. I will definitely reserve it again if i ever come to samui again.

Staff was rude , specially the lady receptionist sitting at the hotel. After paying hell load of money on hotel bookings, she was rude and did not treated us fairly
