Thumbs up for the ladies cleaning up the room, so friendly, just perfect, room 100% clean every day ? ?. Sometimes the cocktail van outside was (too) loud with music.

I had a very poor experience right before checking out. One of the receptionist showed me a photo from the housekeeper and accused me of staining the pillows. The staff's tone was incredibly rude and aggressive, demanding to know what caused the stains. ​Looking at the photo, there were several deep-seated stains (as shown in the picture), and I am certain we didn't cause them. It was my mistake not to take photos when we first checked in. My elderly father slept on that side of the bed, and he mentioned that the room's warm lighting made it difficult to notice any existing marks upon arrival. ​To anyone planning to stay here: please inspect your room thoroughly. While the room itself was nice and the breakfast was good, I am very disappointed by this incident. Those were stubborn, old stains—how could a pillow become that deeply discolored after only a two-night stay? None of us dyed our hair; it’s impossible for us to have caused that kind of deep grime in such a short time.

Clean and centralized location, we did not hear the noise, it was amazing Beautiful, clean and well maintained, staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, i will definitely recommend this hotel. It was fabulous

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel seemed empty(not popular maybe?). Breakfast was awful.. bread and pastries stale, milk was sour had to be replaced, limited options and choices. To offer stale bread/pastries and sour milk is very poor. Don’t take the Breakfast lots of options outside the Hotel. It looked like a Manager was present on one of the days who conducted a meeting in front of us, ate some food and then left without even saying Good Morning very ignorant.

Great location on the main strip in Chaweng but still very quiet, clean and comfortable The hotel has onsite underground parking and all of the staff were incredibly friendly Really nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything was great

excellent breakfast. Location excellent i did not like they give only 1 room card even we were 2 person. I do not understand why it is so difficult to give 2 cards for 2 person! This i did not like about this facillity

Nice rooms and very well located property. We reached early to the hotel and were told to wait for the check-in time and that is understandable however the front desk staff wasn't friendly (in fact bit cold/rude) stating that. Air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby at that time and we were told it would be switched on only after 10 am. This isn't expected from a good hotel and more so in a hot tropical location. Other hotels go extra mile to make things comfortable for the guests while they might have to wait for the check-in.

I thought the chefs made great efforts to select a good variety of dishes. Very kind kitchen team...perfect No cheese on offer! Cleaning team & smiling reception staff...excellent! I noticed the management not once approached any guests to ask how they were doing or indeed how was their stay. Interesting! I stayed for 13 nights NOT once was I approached, needs to be raised for service expectations.

Free breakfast with omelette bar and amazing coffee. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful with helping us with our questions.

The queensize bed was very firm.

The pool was amazing, very quiet and exactly what was needed as the tide was in most days during our stay and it also rained too. The staff were excellent, greeted us every morning and evening, the lady who cooked our eggs memorised our order and delivered good quality every morning. Breakfast was lovely and enough choice for our 4 day stay. The room was comfy and clean as well as spacious, the bath was a big plus for my partner. The only thing that let this down was the proximity to the airport and the main road as the volume was loud in the mornings and the evenings. The plane times began around 8am and went on till about 10pm. Cars and music from bars were quite loud too although this may be because we were on the 3rd floor facing the road.
