Amazing breakfast, really cool area

The villa itself and the location was great It would be good to have a bit warm and hospitable staffs. We had placed a request for checkin around 12pm and they outside neglected and ignored our request. The response could have been better

The only thing is the breakfast room is not air conditioned which could be a little uncomfortable having breakfast

Good location worst team They have poor service, and they do not speak english well, and they didn’t respect booking.com rules and standards, The sales manager Chase is a harrasser he literally tried to physically threaten me, and the receptionist stands doing nothing , I reported them to booking and wanted to file police report.

Beautiful property, beautiful staff, amazing room, lovely pool by the beach and nice breakfast. My mum has knee issues so when we requested a room with less stairs, reception helped us right away and moved us to a room that's more accessible for mum and didn't charge us extra. Thank you, team! We loved every moment of our stay here. There was nothing to not love about Homm Chura!

Small but cozy instead of large property? Property serve basic needs, was upgrade to a villa which with much appreciation . Although is close to airport but property is on Hat Chewang beach which is quite private and calm compare to other beaches, pool is slightly on small size but still serve purpose for swimming. Sea is suitable for swimming adding points to the hotel, is a nice quiet retreat. There isn’t much facility for dinning in the hotel except for breakfast and a bar at poolside, Luckily there is a Beach eatery right next to hotel, or else you’ll need to go out for foods such as night markets or Fishermsn’s village.

It was quite and peaceful which was nice Honestly, almost everything. Cleanliness and hygiene: The rooms and toilets were not properly cleaned. Room service would make the bed every day, but that’s about it. I had to request proper cleaning twice, and even then it still wasn’t good. The sink stayed dirty for a few days until I specifically told them to clean it and the toilet properly. Pictures vs reality: The hotel looks nice in the pictures, but in reality it’s very worn out and poorly maintained. The rooms match the photos, but everything feels old and used. Water corrosion: The water in the room was so corroded that we couldn’t even brush our teeth with it — it tasted really bad. When I asked the staff, they said it’s normal in all rooms and told us to use drinking water instead, which is not acceptable. Value for money: We paid over $110 per night, and it was definitely not worth it. You’d expect a proper 4-star experience, but it really didn’t feel like it at all.

Design No elevator to reception, in room television features were all not available, fitness tiny with one out of three machines not working, breakfast was very poor. No welcome amenities provided.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view of the lush gardens and the beach. Having direct beach access meant I could go from the pool to the ocean in seconds. The location is fantastic. Being right on a quieter stretch of the beach made for very relaxing mornings. Everything was great.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach. The pool area was pleasant, and bike rental was a useful service for getting around. Overall, the facilities were comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The bathroom water supply had a slightly bitter and salty taste, which could be improved to better meet resort standards. The room curtains did not block out morning light effectively. The gym was very basic and limited in equipment. While breakfast was pleasant, the quality could be improved, as the omelette was not as good as expected.

Overall i found it very relaxing and enjoyable

The hotel is located close enough to the Main Street but not too close so it is noisy. The staff is probably the sweetest we've got a chance to meet. The breakfast was generous, and the proximity to the beach is amazing. 1. The rooms are extremely dark. There is barely any light in the room. It meant to be ambient but it is absolutely dark. 2. The water pressure in the shower was close to nonexistent, but we managed. 3. Not something that really bothered us so much but there are A LOT of stairs between the rooms area and the reception/Breakfast area.

This was my 6th stay at Homm Chura Samui, and each time has been nothing short of wonderful — which is exactly why I keep coming back. On this visit, we were especially well taken care of by Prisana, the front office manager. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to accommodate our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which adds so much to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet close to plenty of great restaurants and water sports services. The pool overlooks the beach, offering a stunning view that’s perfect for unwinding. Breakfast is a great mix of Asian and European cuisine, with something for every taste. The lush greenery surrounding the resort, along with the sounds of birds in the morning, create a peaceful ambiance. It’s also a lovely spot to enjoy the sunrise. If you're looking for a place to rest and recharge away from the busier nightlife scenes of Thailand, I highly recommend Homm Chura Samui. It truly feels like a home away from home. The hotel has potential, but the pool area could use some improvement in terms of maintenance. Guests often head to the pool early in the morning, but unfortunately, the staff doesn't seem to arrive until 11 am. This means there are usually dead leaves floating in the pool and scattered on the sun loungers, which takes away from the overall experience. More attention to early morning upkeep would go a long way in improving guest satisfaction.
