Great location, that is in a quiet section of Chaweng but a short walk to the busier part. The staff was really kind and helpful. The pool area was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was really good and spacious especially once we upgraded to the room with the swim up pool - that was the highlight. I didn’t think it was a 5 star hotel personally, last year I stayed at the sala next door and there was no comparison at all, especially considering the price difference isn’t that big. The breakfast was a 4/10 maximum and comparing to the sala again it’s just no comparison. The staff were lovely but we have the feeling everything is being done on the cheap whilst charging high prices for what you get. Also everything felt a little dated, there was no wow factor or even a nice personal touch like I’ve had at every other 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I think if the price was say £100 a night cheaper then it would be more acceptable for value for money but this is hugely overpriced especially for the breakfast, I’ve had better breakfasts at 3 star hotels on smaller islands in Thailand. I can’t complain at all about the staff they were lovely but I just feel like the price structure needs looked at as there was hardly any other guests at the hotel at all so if it was cheaper then maybe more would come and create a better vibe as it was pretty vibe-less. Big shout to the security guy round the pool as he was very helpful and a true gentleman always with a big smile on his face. Overall even though the room with the pool was a highlight the overall experience at the hotel was average at best and we would never come back unfortunately. I’ve came to Koh Samui 5 years in a row and this hotel was the worst we’ve stayed whilst also being the 2nd most expensive. Sorry to be negative as I don’t like to be but I think it’s more constructive criticism as it has a lot of potential to be a really good hotel to stay with a bit more effort placed in to it. Thanks.

Our villa was very well appointed with a comfortable bed, plunge pool and loungers, indoor and outdoor shower, and jacuzzi tub with a view of the main pool and the ocean. The villas are set on Chaweng Beach so a spectacular setting for breakfast and dining in their restaurant and a just a hop on to the sand. The beach in front is well maintained with a dedicated section of loungers for hotel guests. We arrived into Koh Samui early in the morning and the staff let us know that whilst the room was being prepared, we could use air-conditioned transit rooms with showers, though we instead spent the morning enjoying the sunrise and walking around the lovely gardens, and they had the room ready for us quite early, which was very nice. When our room was cleaned each day, they lit candles to burn incense next to to the jacuzzi tub, which was a welcome fragrance upon entering the room. The gym and spa is just across the street, which initially felt a bit 'out of the way' but it's fine once you get used to crossing the street, which is busy enough as the road is a main artery from the airport into Chaweng. Nearby is a lovely wine shop, and convenience stores are close by. The resort is conveniently located about a 15-20 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng. We'd recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Chaweng and would stay again. Whilst you couldn't beat the setting of their restaurant on the beachfront, we thought the breakfast offering was not overly impressive and the quality of the food when we dined for lunch was just OK, not bad at all but couldn't say great either. The service though was excellent, and all the staff were lovely. It may be less important with such close proximity to restaurants in the immediate area and being close to the main part of town, but we would have liked a stronger food offering in the resort, however with so many great options nearby, we didn't feel this dampened our overall experience in this part of Koh Samui.

The hotel is old, and many things in the room were not working. It seems less well-maintained than before. The standard has not been preserved.

Breakfast a bit boring after few days

The bed was very comfortable. Love the closet space and bathroom space! The room is very clean! We had good privacy in the villa. The breakfast buffet was good! No air conditioning at night. We could hear the noise and staff chatting from the restaurant and pool bar.

The room is very beautiful and cozy.

This hotel is wonderful, the staff are exceptionally polite and accommodating especially if you have a baby. It is conveniently located next to a busy market area where you can get almost everything. Lovely pool and beach area. The rooms are also incredible. The breakfast could've been better in terms of variety and taste.

I was shocked when i know that they reuse the slippers, if I know I wouldn’t have use them.

Great location - close to chaweng beach but not in too busy of an area so was more peaceful. It had a nice stretch of beach in front of it. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. The breakfast was ok but it wasn’t outstanding

the staff was pleasant the rust, mold, mildew and musty smell bothered my allergies ? very disappointing experience and it was our 40th anniversary!

Everything. Beautiful hotel at the quieter end of Chaweng Beach. A walk down the beach or road to other bars/restaurants/shops. The staff were so friendly, happy and helpful. The rooms were huge and so clean and comfortable. Air con was superb. Water supplied daily. Pool area was lovely as it looked directly on to the beach. Towels supplied for sunbeds. Breakfast options were excellent, egg station for omelette, fried, poached eggs was great. Good choice for everyone. 7/11 and ATM just across the road. The hotel and staff were so inviting from the 1st to the last day. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, perfect position on the quieter side of Chaweng beach. Just a short stroll to the busy town but just far enough away to enjoy the chilled atmosphere and beach position.

Pool rooms are spacious, well designed and good location in the complex. Cleaning service was fab. Long infinity pool on the beach was ace! Breakfast quality and selection was terrible (lack of selection and left out for long periods of time). ‘Gym’ is not a gym rather a small room that cannot look after the size of the hotel. Reception staff are amazing, bar and waiting staff quite abrupt and a bit rude. IMO it’s a 4*+ at best.
