Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located right on a stunning beachfront with crystal-clear turquoise water. The grounds are beautifully green and peaceful, offering a calm escape away from the busy city center. The real highlight, however, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always smiling, especially the chef at the restaurant and the lovely lady VIVE at reception. They truly made our stay special. Highly recommended! Everything is a bit “tired” but I heard big renovation will be this year

The beach was nice for swimming. The facility was dated and very dirty. Our beachfront room we booked happened to be on the users hiway and noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. They would not move us until the second night to a quieter spot and booking.com was not help even tho we called, emailed, used the app and messaged booking.com

The beach was good. Our room was in poor condition - bed was hard, not overly clean, and bad sewage smell outside our room that came into our room. Breakfast was subpar and tables were not clean or the plates/cutlery.

All units seem to be more or less ocean-facing, and the hotel is relatively small-sized, making for a sense of peacefulness. The breakfast and food were very good. We enjoyed the music duo who performed in the evenings. Chaweng Noi is fundamentally a good beach. As much as we enjoyed the music duo, it would be nice to have some variety of performers. And sadly, the beach is quite marred by trash, in large part coming in with the tide and, as far as we could tell from our daily walks and day-long trip around the island, ubiquitous throughout Ko Samui. More consistent efforts to clean up the beach in front of the hotel - several times a day - would have dramatically improved our experience.

The location and the beach are great. The property is not well maintained. We had to request several repairs in the room like outlets and the phone. Also, a lot of bugs inside the room.

We took the honeymoon suite. It's right by the water and it was perfect. Super comfortable, especially with a little baby when you want to hang at the beach but have the room available at all times. The beach is BEAUTIFUL with clear turquoise water (not the case in all beaches in Koh Samui or Koh Phangan) with beach beds and sun shades (although it would be nice if they had nore shades). Nice restaurant, great breakfast. The location is problematic, cut off in a way. The hotel is far away from the south of Chaweng, There is no sidewalk outside of the hotel and there is a busy highway, so getting around by foot is quite dangerous (especially with a littlw baby and a stroller). The hotel is built on a hill, and the hotel itself is not accessible at all with a stroller, so you have to carry it by hand up and down its stairs.

The location on Chewang Noi beach was beautiful - the sand & water were lovely & great for kids. The hotel grounds were very pretty & well maintained. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh egg station! We had 2 rooms on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The aircon was not working in 1 room on the first night, so we had to move to another room. The standard rooms are very small & quite dark, even with the lights on. Everything felt damp & the rooms had a bad musty smell unfortunately. We only had hot water on the first night, the water was freezing after that. The price we paid was very reasonable, so we didn't complain too much!

Situated at the quiet end of Chaweng Noi. Beachfront location with the Honeymoon suite literally on the sand. Other restaurants and bars close by however the onsite bar and restaurant were fantastic with a great selection of food and beverage. Breakfast was awesome - so much to select from. Staff were very friendly especially the bar staff Pul and Pung (sorry about spelling). Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the head of housekeeping was also very friendly and efficient with our needs.
