Everything. Location, friendly staff, resort facilities.

We loved the staff, they were very helpful and attentive. We also loved the pool and really enjoyed having the beach right outside. The continental breakfast was also pretty good. The room itself is small for the price, the deluxe king room hardly fits two people. The shower also has mold in it so be aware of that. Our AC was leaking water and there was cockroaches in our room twice

Fantastic friendly staff a real asset to the resort. Nice breakfast, great pool and nice location. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but comfy bed. After arriving late at night (9pm) and was told our room hadn't been made up was a disappointment after 22 hours getting there. Later that week the roof leaked in our room which caused us to have to shift to another room. Was done with minimal fuss

They showed me the room before they assign it. The room size is small. There was a water shortage. The AC is not cooling and the thermostat is saying the filters need to be changed. Didn’t rlly like what i got compared to how much it cost.

Very very very small rooms (even deluxe), no bathrobe, no toothbrush, no slippers though for the price ($125+) there ought to be.. The pool closes too early at 19.00. Breakfasts overcrowded.

Location. Staff. Not having to fight for sunbeds. Very busy for breakfast. No where to have a drink or eat on the beach in the evening.

The seaview room no view. You can see the sea at the Balcony and blocked by the chairs. So high room price for nothing. Room is very small too

The staff was absolutely amazing. They helped accommodate an early checkin, provided outstanding customer service, and thoughtfully answered every question that I had. There are no improvements I can think of here. The breakfast was also very well done and exceeded my expectations. The workout facility was extremely small. An improvement here would make a tremendous difference to travelers who value their physical health.

Good breakfast options. Great pool and great beach access Too many rules and very strict. Don’t do this, don’t do that. My friends came to visit and weren’t allowed to swim even though the pool is so big.

The hotel is excellent, from the contemporary decor in the rooms, to the facilty cleanliness overall. The location is awesome, beachfront, and minutes (walking or Tuk Tuk) to 2 malls for shopping. Nightlife is close by as well.... They were renovating the entire pool area, this has to be done for sure at every hotel, just bummed it occurred at the time we stayed there. They were super accommodating regarding alternative options, even offering a shuttle to take us to another pool.... so all in all, not a total loss. Besides.... there is the ocean steps away. ?

Pool and beach are great. Nice breakfast Very clean No ac in the dining room so it was hot in breakfast. Food and drinks in the hotel were expensive and it was not allowed to bring drinks or food to eat by the pool
