Samui Natien Resort

The partial ocean view villa was decent for the price. They are constantly taking care of the landscape which is nice but also annoying when you have someone cleaning outside your window. Unfortunately the power went out for an entire day on the Main Street. They had a generator that only backed up the lobby and kitchen. All of the villas had no AC or lights for 12hrs. The only compensation they provided was a complementary lunch.

Everything! Nothing!

The grounds were lovely and the pool was quiet. Never hard to find a beach chair. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had an adjoining room set up for family use and the doors are so thin you hear everything. We had a very noisy family next to us and had to move to another room for the rest of our stay. If we stayed again we would rent a bungalow instead of in the main building.

Nothing importance really. If I I were managing the restaurant. I think I would put out more fly strips since there were a lot of flies on you when you're trying to eat breakfast. But that is what you get for being outside on the beach I guess.

Good value, room was large and next to good restaurants Construction going on until 9 pm. Loud sawing. Need to walk 10 minutes for nice beach.

Arrived at the hotel after a long days travel. We were taken to our room and the smell of damp immediately hit us as soon as we got in our room, bed sheets were dirty hadn’t been washed. We made the hotel aware of this and one of the staff members took us to a different room (upgrade) holding a room spray and same problems occurred, damp smell and bed sheets were dirty. We kindly asked for a refund and we would find a different hotel member of staff got snappy and told us to go through booking.com. We had to stay there one night and asked if we could have our bed sheets changed we came back from grabbing some food and bed sheets were not changed. Luckily booking.com agreed with us and gave a refund back to us. We were made to feel very uncomfortable. Outdated, no atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend!

Beautiful location and accommodation was great.Staff were brilliant There was no iron. This is usually a given in most hotels and resorts.

Superb

The maid service was very pleasant and smiling. The house we had was very nice, cleaned every day, very clean and towels changed every day. The vegetation in the facility was very beautiful and pleased the eye every morning. The staff at the reception and in the "restaurant" were not pleasant. I ordered a pizza once and I should have been informed that it was a frozen pizza from the supermarket (very bad). The breakfast was very bad, and the coffee... I took one sip and couldn't finish it. Although we had bought breakfast for the entire stay, we didn't come back and went to eat in the city. The hotel has potential, but it is very poorly managed (I work in the hotel industry)

This is a very small resort with one restaurant where breakfast and everything else is served. I loved our stay, it was exquisitely clean, the staff were up and out very early morning making sure everything was spick and span. The breakfast selection was great and very obliging staff. It was a very quiet resort which was something that I cherished … also the sunrise is on the beach side of the resort which was amazing … It was great value for money too … Will definitely recommend and come back x There was limitation of selection of food … although this also added to the charm and simplicity of our trip

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and other places. Everything is close by.

Villa was spacious with a comfortable bed, very clean. Hotel and surrounding areas very safe. All staff have been very friendly and pleasant. Also recommended is the lovely taylor next door, who has very competitive pricing. The beach at the hotel is in a one-mile protected area and is very shallow, deepest with tide in about 1m. That makes it perfect for children, but swimmers need to walk about 10 minutes on the beach to deeper waters.

Pleasant

Peaceful end of Chaweng beach, but close to walk along beach to use other beach clubs and restaurants. Staff not interactive with guests. Lovely staff but couldn’t interact as didn’t speak very good English.

Staff were friendly. Nice location on the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and resort was clean and friendly. Great breakfast too! Inflexible check in and out times even though not full. No room to shower and change if looking for late check out. Not the best outlook from the road but good value

We stayed in one of the villas which was excellent…spacious and very clean. Lovely pool, good breakfast and superb location right on the beautiful beach away from the busy centre of town but close enough to walk to. Lacked a better menu for the which if available may give it more life in the ev, but there are many other places to eat and drink very close by.

We expected something different from the pictures. The rooms were fine, the staff super friendly but the price is - in my eyes - not justified.
