Location, staff , service and facilities were excellent.The ladies doing massages by the pool were welcoming, friendly and a very relaxing experience. All good, maybe an extra pillow in the room.

From the moment you step out of your room, you feel like you are in a tropical jungle. The resort is filled with incredible natural greenery, beautiful plants, and a magical atmosphere that makes you feel connected to nature. What makes this place truly special is that on one side you are surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and on the other side the resort opens directly onto the beach. It almost feels as if the hotel is built right inside the waves of the sea. There are squirrels running through the trees, and my child was absolutely thrilled every day. For him, it felt like a real adventure in nature, and for me it was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. The combination of jungle, beach, nature, and comfort creates a unique experience that is difficult to find elsewhere. Without a doubt, this was the best accommodation choice I could have made in Koh Samui.

There was quite a lot of sand throughout the resort, so be prepared for it to constantly make its way into your room and bed.

Amazing hotel and staff - very clean with great facilities on site such as the two pools and beach access. Great breakfast options and good choice of lunch and dinner in the hotel and in the surrounding area. 10/10 ☺️

This is not a 4 Seasons type of resort, but you will be treated like it is. It is a charming beach bungalow type of resort that lets you know you are on a a tropical island. We loved every minute of it. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Two pool areas, one with a swim up bar. Great breakfast buffet with outside seating, beach bar, and a restaurant with seating right on the beach. And don't skip on the massages! Mina and her crew took great care of us. Probably the best massages we have ever had! So good, we had 4 massages during our 5 day stay. If you want to spend your entire time at the resort, you can, but the surrounding area has much of offer. Outside the resort, there is plenty of action. Overwhelming action! Especially when you stay during Songkran! Yes, we were drenched from head to toe. It was great to be a part of the celebration. And you are right next door to the Ark Bar if you want night club feel with a pool! You will see free fire shows on the beach. And if you are afraid of the area being too loud to sleep, don't be. With Songkran going on and the Ark Bar next door, we didn't hear a peep of noise in our room. I like variety. When I come back to Samui, and if I decide to stay in the Chaweng area, I cannot not stay at this resort. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Hats off to this resorts green initiative and trying to save on electricity. You have to put your key into "the slot" to activate the electricity. Thus, you cannot recharge your electronics unless you are in the room. So, you need to make sure everything is charging up during the night. Due to the photos, video, and google maps, I needed to charge my phone sooner. Thus, I had to stay in the room while charging.

This place is so perfect and beautiful, full of beautiful lush plans flowers and trees everywhere, very peaceful. The photos they have on their website don't do this place justice, because it is in fact way more beautiful than the picture show. I absolutely love the monkey pool which is the full length of the resort and I swam many laps back and forth, there is also another pool towards the beach which is nice, and it is right on the beach with a restaurant with a a really great breakfast included every day. If I ever come back I would want to stay here again. The staff is incredibly nice and I have nothing bad to say everything is amazing. Nothing, this place is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy that we are here and would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Our room was next to the pool on the way to the beach and it was great. No noise. Good brwakfast, no cream cheese or chocolate spread but a lot of food. The coffee machines- need a solution, all the time busy or need staff attention. The beach - amazing. Good beds and environment. Also the pool A pity about gym. You need to pay 100 b But that is not the problem, the gym is so small and unconfortable you cannot workout there.

Perfect location, great breakfast, friendly staff. Noise from Ark Bar next door until 3 am!

Location : very noisy. It's the center of chaweng and bars compete with who plays the loudest music. The hotel buildings somewhat shield you from the noise for the most part, but you can still hear it. Doesn't make for a quiet vacation. Also, very windy, but that's just down to luck how strong the wind is and where it blows from.
