The staff didn’t help me at all, the website says they give residents free rides to the beach’s and the lady at the front just told me No when I asked about it. It’s more of a hotel than resort with a swimming pool. They don’t offer anything a resort would like food/drinks. You will hear loud music all night as if the club is in the resort. I would not recommend staying here, it’s very overpriced for what they offer.

There was only a big towel in the room. No face towels, or wash clothes. The doors had 2" gaps on top and AC wasn't able to cool the room. The hotel was not near the beach as was advertised on the web. The front room staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Nice sized room with AC and refrigerator. Traveled with a friend and they put our rooms near each other's. Nice pool. Guards on the property to keep things safe. Parking on site. Short walk to the Central Samui commercial center. Nearby shops and places to find breakfast. We requested 2 rooms, each with full sized beds but in order to be nearby, 1 room had twin beds. Low season so less services. Had to go offsite to book local travel/ excursions.

My room was on the side of the property where alot of loud music played from the resort next door. It got quite frustrating. Request to not be on that side!

Staff need to be replaced. This was my first bad experience in koh Samui after 12 years of visiting.

Great hotel, only downside is a lot of stairs to get to the hotel room if you’re on the upper floor

Hotel is close to everything, staff is friendly and there is a nice&clean pool The light from the balcony doesn’t work. Even after our 2nd request to repair the light, nothing is done. Our request for a replacement lamp was also refused.
