Great location - in the middle of it all - walking distance to everything - 5 mins to the beach - room was perfect and clean-staff were so helpful and very easy to approach. loved this hotel and will deffinetly return. there is nothing not to like

I have a lower level room. The windows can not be opened and the entire lower level/ basement had a weird smell

Really comfortable and clean room. Friendly stuff, stored our laugauge while we waited for our room to be ready which was really good. Great location for restaurants and clubs as there are close and loads of them.

The room is clean, but somehow it smells damp all the time, including the bedding. The ventilation is not so great, and the window cannot be opened (at least from the room I've got).

I think that one of my companions didn't turn out to be what she had claimed to be. This put a negative spin on the holiday but I cannot blame the hotel for this at all. I will be more aware the next time that I return.

Well the hotel is situated in the center of Chaweng, all of the things are easily accessible from the hotel since it has like 3-4 entry points from different places. Cosi has nice medium sized clean rooms. The staffs there are very friendly and sweet. I was checked in by "BEE" she was sweet and helpful. I booked a scooter and some tours from inside of the hotel (There is a travel desk). At last I just want to say that I stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience, everything is nearby, the hotel is connected with the mall so they is nothing to worry about. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone travelling with friends and family.

You're in the heart of Chaweng. Room is very clean and hygienic. Beds were very comfy. They should rename the hotel to Cosi Shopping Mall instead of Cosi Chaweng Beach.. Because it's literally next to a shopping mall. When you open the curtain, you see a parking lot. And everybody can look inside the room. I found the info when checking in very minimal and not complete. They didnt tell us about where I had to park, wifi code.l and they even lost a very important document from my GF her pasport when they took it to scan it. Also the AC didnt work, but they fixed it. Also it's a very illogical building setup. To do laundry, you need to go from your room and take 6 elevators and cross 5 buildings to get it done.

The hotel is very close to the shopping center and all essential services, making the location extremely convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention the receptionist Pam — she was truly outstanding. Her excellent attitude and warm hospitality added real value to my stay and gave the hotel a higher level of quality. Thank you to the whole team for the great service. I highly recommend this place. No commment

The location was central and close to the main attractions and the airport, the rooms were big and clean. Good WiFi and breakfast selection (not included). A bit difficult to find the room at the beginning and to communicate with some people of the staff.

Great location. The sheets were constantly dirty, even after they changed them, and there was a strong smell of mold in the rooms & corridors. The window in my room faced the mall, which is nice, until you realize you can't leave the curtain up while you're in the room, unless you want everyone to see you. There were also about 5 power outages (not an exaggeration, by the way) for short periods, but still an unpleasant experience. The bathroom walls were also dirty and there was a bit of rust. The hotel employees were really nice and genuinely tried to help, and it seems that the maintenance team in the hotel is making a big effort to fix all faulty facilities, but as of now, based on my stay, I do not recommend this place

unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance while we were staying there but that was fine as the property is 2 mins away from the beach
