Great location , pool area was fantastic tho very little shade wi fi was ordinary and TV did not work . They tried to fix but no luck . I think it was due to wifi . It wasnt a big deal as mostly Thai TV anyhow

The view of the pool and beach is amazing But the rooms are average don't expect very much Also, there is no telephone to call the reception. You will have to go there by yourself Bathrooms are not big Food options for breakfast are very little The shower is below average So the stay was more about the location and beach

A very convenient resort , right at the heart of Chaweng . Very helpful and polite staff . Villa Deluxe is a pleasant accomodation to stay , keeping a nice ambience of Thai style of stay . The beach strip of the resort is the most pleasant of Chaweng beach , being clean with great turquoise sea water , spacious , with comfortable sunbeds and sun umbrellas , plus complimentary beach towels . The pools also looked really good , although I am not a pool fan . Breakfast is excellent, covering much more than essential needs . Night life , restaurants , party scene are very near the resort, without disturbing . Also Samui Central Festival mall is nearby for any convenience ( shopping / banks ) . Additionally you can enjoy an excellent Thai massage on the beach , in front of the resort . The resort facilities are not brand new , like the condition of Villa Deluxe regarding furniture and equipment are a bit "worn" through the times . The very spacious bathroom with great day light , could have some better night lighting . Also the bathroom could be a bit smaller , so as to provide a better sitting room inside the Villa , which is anyway spacious enough , with a nice outside terrace sitting room and armchair . Cleanliness is very good with everyday service , but sometimes perhaps the bathroom floor towel is not changed , not creating any major issue anyway . The air conditioner is a bit noisy .

We loved the staff, the location, the bar, the food. Everything. It’s such a beautiful & peaceful resort. We had a lovely time there. Nothing.

It was the best breakfast we've had at a hotel in Thailand...highly recommend adding it as part of the reservation. Great location...very short walk to Central Mall and the TOPS food court. Pools were great...

Location, foods , friendly staff , clean , white Sandy’s beach , pools , beach bar , good price . Cable television weak signals need to rewire it and room electricity switch’s need to put new ones and , bed also need new replace with new one plus billows And towels ,

The resort is right in the center of Chawengs party strip and right on the beach. We booked this as it was so close 2 mins walk from Arks Beach Club which was fully reserved at the time. They have theyr own dj in the day. Breakfast was included which was nice and fresh, both contental style buffet and Thai. The two pools were great and the building around provided nice shade. The beds are comfort and we managed to have a great night sleep with no noise being heard from Arks. 2 minute walk to central Samui shops. 5 minute walk to Chaweng night market. Really small problem but did cause an issue.... The locking system to the patio doors was awkward first they would lock then they wouldn't open . We had to call maintenance to fix. If you have chunky fingers you wouldn't be able to open or lock your door due to the twisty know being so small and so close to the edge of the frame, if that makes sense.

Location, lovely beachfront hotel close to busy strip. Lovely food. Booked for 5 people (Cost more than our group of 4 friends travelling with us) But we had exactly the same rooms as them. No extra bed, no extra towels. When discussing with the staff they said it was booking.com fault and I need to contact them o ask what I paid extra for. I then had to pay extra to get a bed for the extra person I had already paid extra for. Rooms are very basic.

Very old hotel. Water couldn’t drain out of the shower. Power points and lights flickered. Tv didn’t work. Safe couldn’t open
