The restaurant was exceptionally good, easily the best food in Chaweng right there, lovely staff. The Wi-Fi was bad, but had LAN access in the room which routed through AIS fiber. Some bugs appeared in the room seemingly out of nowhere

Unfortunately on the other hand the room and mostly the sheets were dirty with stains but it is expected with the price that I paid

Location! It is few steps from Chaweng main beach entrance. The restaurant is the only one open in the morning, so if you are a morning person like me, you can enjoy reasonable priced breakfast there. I had other meals there as well, it's good value for money. The room itself is not bad. It's large, and mine had a fridge and stovetop and a couple of pans. The wifi is horrible. I could not work at all. very low and kept disconnecting. There is no common area. I got there way before checkin time and it was raining. i got stuck at the restaurant until 2pm on the dot when someone finally showed up. They did offer me to leave my luggage there, but I didnt think it was a safe spot, anyone could get in and out and not get seen. The ladies in the restaurant are very friendly. I ended up leaving my bags with them.

Super clean and comfortable stay! I highly recommend this hotel. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he’s a really nice and helpful man. The location is perfect: close to the beach and surrounded by everything you might need. Great value overall!

The size of the room The service of the employees the level of cleanliness The lighting level in the room was really weak, we had to open the curtain during the day and at night just to deal with the darkness

All the furnishings are made of cement. The light in the room is very poor

A great, spacious room right in the heart of Chaweng Beach. We didn't have much time here, but we really appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The only issue was that the air con didn't work super well, and we had trouble getting the room to cool. But by the time we woke up it was comfortable. Just the air con issues on a hot summer night in Thailand, but other than that it was fine.

Great location - right next to the beach, plenty of restaurants and stores around. Also has a really nice restaurant right in the hotel downstairs. Location is quite noisy.

There was construction right on our rooms balcony so it was very noisy and there were workers on our balcony all day. Sound proofing wasn’t so good, woke up to the noise of constructions.

Close to city & beach Wifi was terrible. Need TCL. Bed sheets have holes. Bathroom door is rotted out. No labels on shampoos or soap. Rust on the soap racks. Towel is really old. Room was very dark not enough light. Location was close to the beach.

Air condition does not good. Have a smell in the room and have construction near the place so annoying and the noise

it near to chaweng beach but around 10 to 15mins long walk from central no lifts, a very steep stairs to the room, not recommended for children

I love it, like home, with kitchen and cutleries, pan where you can cook with it, even we have no time with this. Nice in general, looks need air ventilation in bathroom for air circulation

very Big, clean and comfortable room There was one staff member who was very rude. Other staff nice, but there was one who wasn’t very nice. Also, I wasn’t happy about the 11am check out time.

the price was great, the location was good the room and shower was excellent compared to thailand the entrance to the hotel was smelly from cigarettes
