Friendly staff and always helpful. Room size is good with sea view. I like the restaurant specially for breakfast with wide selection of food suitable for international travelers. Room clean and comfortable. The beach is excellent. Opposite to 7 eleven and close to many shops. There is no elevator for rooms. Better to ask ground or first floor if you have problem with stairs.

chiiling and quiet Cleaning the stuff was very friendly The Furniture little bit old

The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The resort is beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious, and the meal portions are generous. I had a fall on a sea rock and sustained minor scratches on my hand and knee. When I went for lunch, the staff noticed and promptly called first aid. The attendant arrived within five minutes, cleaned my wounds, and applied plasters. It was the first time I received first aid from a hotel. One area for improvement is breakfast service. Guests are not always informed when the buffet is about to close, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, beach towels are not consistently available, making it difficult for guests to access them when needed.

Everything was lovely

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good, in a quiet place and with an excellent beach. Everything was very clean, but they will need to do some renovations at breakfast room.

The staff Too old. Needs some changes

Could give this resort 10 stars. The place was immaculate but by far the most impressive part of our stay was the staff. My wife and I are both gluten intolerant and by day 3 of our stay the staff had picked up on our inquiries on food items and went out of their way to help us with gluten free food. Making pizza bases and delivering gluten free pancakes to our table each morning for breakfast.

Everything, nice breakfast helpfull staff, great location Somehow expensive... and we weren't lucky with the sea...

The hotel buildings are a bit old and it shows especially in the rooms ans some other facilities
-
They do not clean the rooms

Very large rooms and beautiful scenery on the way to the beach. If you need any help please find Netnapa she is a life savior. The property is a 6 stars garantie but the beach is public and they said it depends on the season a lot of garbage end up in the shore and are not being cleaned. Sad!! Otherwise Sheraton is a stunning hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the beach was absolutely amazing and our room was spacious and comfortable. The Chaweng Noi beach is just amazing, one of the best!! And the hotel's location is just perfect for visiting some of the best island's landmarks. Unfortunately the room didn't have a nice view and there was some construction noise nearby. Resort facilities could be improved!

The hotel is old, the photos on Booking don’t reflect reality, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work, and the rooms are far from the pool. An experience that isn’t worth the money

Awesome beach resorts in Samui. Only 15 min away from the airport, and all the night markets. They have shuttle to the Central Festival mall. They surprised my boyfriend with room decorations for his birthday, which was very sweet. All staffs, including the receptionists, housekeeping, buggy drivers are very friendly. You can tell that they are genuine. The hotel is built on it’s own hill, so you always need to call for a buggy to get from your room to the lobby. They didn’t really give the tour for whole hotel facilities, which was quite massive. So we only found out that they have another pool at the back of the lobby on the day we checked out.

The staff The breakfast It needs refurbishing! The pools close too soon The cocktails are not great
-
Location was a little far from all the shops and things in town. But, if you are looking to get away from all that this was perfect. Everything you need was on site. There was really no need to leave. Food and drinks were all here.

Nothing, I visit Samui twice a year for around 5 days and every time i stay in a different hotel. Unfortunately Sheraton was the worse experience from approx all aspects.
