It was wonderful hotel

We just needed a place to stay before an early flight. It was very clean, easy to check in and a quick drive to Logan.

Clean and good facilities Shower was a bit complicated

My bed was not clean, I don't think they changed the sheets from the prior occupant. Also they don't have a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Why call themselves airport Holiday Inn?

I've stayed at this particular hotel several times for leisure trips to Boston. The staff is helpful, especially when I came back from a day out and my door card decided it didn't want to work. Very clean from top to bottom. I've stayed in more expensive room with less space in both room and bathroom. Easy access to public transportation if those are so inclined. Only problem I had was the lack the ABC local station on the hotel's television. Otherwise no complaints.

Room was clean and nice

Nice staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Regular amenities in the room like coffee maker and fridge were fine. Parking not included - it's $30/day to park. Breakfast not included - it's $18.00 for the breakfast buffet. The rooms are not that cheap. It's located in an industrial zone so nowhere to walk. You will need a car or Uber. That said, I'd go back because it's clean and near the airport.

Other than the bar area being closed, it was a nice stay. As much as a hotel room cost, parking should be free with the hotel stay.

We were there from 8pm to 7am just a quick overnight. Slept good, room was clean, quiet.

Love the feeling in Wheeling......great place to stay for the area and I know I'm a native of Wheeling! Steam room is next level! anyway, come visit my hometown!

Clean room and great staff, but the parking was terrible

They charged me and extra $250 on my card and when I called them to get it fixed they told me it would be deposited back into my account a week later. I called them again to see how much my deposit was supposed to be for and the girl in the front desk said $100. I then asked the manager why I was charged an extra $250 where she then proceeded to be useless and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Clean room. The hotel requires a 100 dollar deposit fee at the same time finding out about no free breakfast and no free parking, so that was kind of lame. Also my gaming console ps5 wasnt allowed to be connected to their wifi so I had to use the TV Lan cable so that was another unnecessary annoyance.
