TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea

The room gets cleaned every 5th day even though we booked for 8 days. Every 3rd day they only change towels but no cleaning. Does it mean if people stay there for only 1 day, they will not clean the room till 5th day? and rent the room? Overall room had some broken shelves, iron was not working. Breakfast was okay.

Clean, close to bus station, free shittle, breakfast included

Very useful free shuttle from and to the airport. The bus stayion is right across the hotel and ver convenient. Breakfast is good clean rooms. Has parking with fees.

The hotel messed up charging the wrong credit cards we provided! Now we have to deal with how to solve this mess.

Excellent

Room not quite as advertised we felt, expected two double, room was a large bed and a sofa bed that let the main bed at the ends so little room to move. Bed not made up for sofa one so after a 19hr day making the bed was tiring. Room good otherwise. Breakfast was good.

Was a great one night stay before our cruise

Property and room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. We just had trouble waiting long for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Also the AC in our room was too cold and we couldn’t control it with the wall controls.

Very nice hotel, near the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative is tha it is in an industrial area, no place to walk to.

Great vacation

Only stayed one night but loved how extremely close the hotel is to the transit stop for easy access to Boston. The room was clean, the parking lot well lit and the breakfast was amazing! It also had gluten-free options! Would highly recommend.

Had the not uncommon maintenance issue with the room that went unresolved during my stay. Fitness center continues to be too basic for an average exercise routine. Staff is helpful (other than the maintenance issue) and I'd recommend the hotel. Location is not super convenient for getting to downtown, but it's next to the SL3 and 104 buses that run efficiently. It's just that you need to factor in 30 minutes to get anywhere centric.

Lovely hotel, clean and stylish room. Looks like the photos. However, due to its location at the crossroads of 6 lanes of traffic near the airport sleep is challenging because of loud traffic all night long.

Very nice and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and very close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice, make sure your windows are closed when going to sleep. The road noise was awful.

I booked a room for a long layover to get some sleep. Arrived at the property at 23:30 and was first told that they can't find my reservation. Then was told to wait so the guy can help all the people who are in line behind me. Once he finally finished helping everyone else, he told me that they have no rooms available. He arranged with another hotel that I could go sleep there, and told me it's 5 minutes walking distance. When I wanted to start walking I noticed it's 40 minutes away. I then had to pay for an Uber as apparently there shuttle doesn't run after midnight.

Clean and updated. The fitness center has working equipment and was clean. The free shuttle to Logan was a blessing. The driver was very friendly. N/A
