Urine smell in room 1 (yes, urine in the shower!) ! Bad sewage smell from the drain in room 2!!!! Unbelieavable.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice view on all rooms as located start from 25th floor and above. The lobby is located at the back of the building, and some of the taxi/didi drivers are unable to reach us at the lobby.

Only location and rooms were excellent, except for the fact that they only gave you two small bottles of water. Somewhat stingy. The breakfast was the most disappointing part of this hotel. They did not have a proper fresh juice, only highly diluted melon and watermelon juices that frankly speaking tastest terrible. The coffee machine was also 3rd rate, but thankfully the room had an Nespresso that made much better coffee than what you got at breakfast. Breakfast hall was also tiny for a 5-star hotel....you may have to wait to eat breakfast if you are unlucky with your timing.... Cereal selection was among the worst I've seen. Same for milk and yoghurt. Basically, the breakfast was 3star not 5star - a real shock for a Hilton hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, equipped and clean. The staff at the counter was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was rich and varied (and they even packed us a take away before our flight). The hotel was perfectly located in the city center. We would love to come again!

everything ! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable panda-themed hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. One of the coolest features was the robot that delivered food right to your door when you ordered through an app (similar to Uber Eats , grab). It made the stay even more enjoyable. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Love it to the max!
