Staff - the male receptionist (i wish I got his name) on duty (at the other hotel desk) was generous enough to assist us as he is fluent on English (and the 2 female receptionists are not), and he booked taxi for us on check out using his DIDI mobile app, and best - he even helped us voluntarily carried our luggages to the taxi. He deserves a promotion and a raise! Location is best - across People’s Park, hotel is nearby eateries, restaurants and even malls a few meters away. Nothing except wish we could stay longer.
