New updated room. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is nice but some rooms have old musty smell. The breakfast selection is small but the food was very flavorful and good. There is free laundry self service which was amazing. There is lots of good restaurants and a big outdoor shopping center near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Staff don’t speak English and the hotel doesn’t show up on map apps.

Excellent laundry room, good buffet, and a tentative staff answered all of our questions and assisted us with private ride arrangements. Sometimes there was cigarette smoke in the floors next to the elevator I didn’t think people were allowed to smoke in the hotel

The rooms are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the quality of the food was consistently good throughout my stay. I would also like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. The front desk staff, housekeeping team, chefs, and restaurant staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful A special mention goes to the complimentary laundry facilities which were extremely convenient for guests staying more than a few days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Chengdu. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is not large or luxurious, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The location is very convenient, with convenience stores, restaurants, and massage shops all within walking distance. You can also easily walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. If you're looking for convenience and great value for your money, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Excellent location with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. A very new hotel (around 1 or 2 years). Maybe the building is not brand new, but the hotel room and dinning room are very new. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bedding and towels were all new and in excellent condition. There was no carpet in the room, which made it feel even cleaner and more modern. not really.

The hotel was modern, spacious and comfortable, with a very good shower and useful facilities such as a gym and laundry room. Breakfast was very good, with pastries and many hot dishes. Being able to pay by card was also a plus. The location was also convenient: it was easy to move around Chengdu from there, with several areas reachable on foot or by metro. The bathroom layout was not very practical if sharing the room, mainly because the shower had a translucent wall and did not feel fully private. This was not a big issue for me because I was travelling alone, but it would be uncomfortable with another person in the room.

The reseon I have booked this hotel is because it was written in Booking that metro station Chunxi Rd. is approx. 450 m' away from the hotel. It was very important for us. However, we found out that the closest ststion was Tianfu and it was about 1 km away from the hotel. Another issue, there are 3 stairs to reach the hotel without any option to carry heavy lugguage.

Location was perfect, within a few minutes walk to Chunxi Pedestrian Street and many good restaurants around the hotel area. Breakfast was one of the highlights that I had to share with my friends and colleagues instantly, good variety, our family favourite was the noodle and dumplings, good choices of desserts too, and the coffee machines grind and brew good quality coffee. Everywhere in the hotel was sparkling clean. Staffs were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Sufficient supply of water bottles daily. Sound proofing was sufficient to us. Laundry room has many washing machines and dryers, but still challenging to find available one at times during peak hours. There are too many good things to talk about. We are a group of 7 traveling every year as a family for the past 20 years, we stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and we loved every bit of this place. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would definitely return if we come back to Chengdu. Lacking of hangers in the shower room. We had to step out of the shower room to put our clothes on, and asked family members to look the other direction lol. Minor issue but could have been more convenient.

Very nice rooms, the water in the shower isn’t very hot, the breakfast was really basic and without many not Chinese options. The staff doesn’t speak English (this will happen in a lot of hotels)

Well located hotel. Very clean everywhere, friendly staff despite limited English, excellent bathroom facilities, comfortable beds with quality bedding. Breakfast had good choices though Western food limited. Loved extra touches like illuminated toilet bowl and light sensors on the bedside cabinet so if you got up on the dark you get a dim light to help.I'd stay again. It doesn't get a ten from me because of the poor WiFi and the inability.to control the a/c temperature. It was often too cold, especially after a shower.
