The prompt attending Staff Bed sheet, Towel, blanket cover torn here and there. Need to change to new sets.

How will you get into room with wax like dust sticks into your leg.

Nothing attracted Very irresponsible and arrogant staff, room was not clean, asked for changing the bedsheets, they told not now only in the evening, asked for another room but didn't give, when we tried to cancel the room, they are willing to change the bedsheets and ok to give another room.

Nothing was good except location This was not a 3-star hotel, but charged close to that range. Booking.com has to stop luring its customers by providing wrong information. No breakfast was given on first day even after reminding twice. Room and bed size was very small and not enough for 4 people, but paid for 4.

to say the pros of the property 1. the property is in a very good location. 2. the cleaning staffs are very helpful and sober 3. their room is very spacious and value for money. 1.if Booking.com is having properties enlisted it means the hotel is good for both local and foreign customers but the staff, manager no one understands english not even hindi dialect. its very difficult to communicate 2. manager most of the time not available and the reception remains unsecured and empty. 3. the room bedsheets are dirty and the changes done are not cleaned or changed unless they are asked to chnge within 5-6 days. the biggest problem is the entry of the hotel which is very much a turn off for us and always dirty water comes out of the entry of the hotel with bed smells. 4. the plumbing fixtures in the toilets need serious repairing. 5. mosquito needs to be taken care of.
