I don’t like the property Room was full of cockroach , towel was not kept , water bottle was not there , only provided on request , AC was leaking, staffs were not cooperative

We made our booking with booking.com..when we went there they said that they dont have our booking. I show them the confirmed booking details but still they refuse it. We went there around 11pm and they said that they are fully booked. we had to search for alternative hotel in the midnight for 19people. Worst experience I ever had while in India. I had entered my card details and they have tried to deduct the money from my card. Luckily payment has rejected.

Good place to stay at a Prime location in Chennai. Excellent interiors. My first day at stay and am happy with the ambience and location. So far so good.

Nothing Very unhygienic and dirty rooms. Stains on the bed sheets. No towels provided, bathroom fixtures broken.

The room got cold, even too cold at times. The room was spacious but that was about it Too many. The staff upon check in were not that courteous or friendly. When I arrived they kept asking for my name yet when I repeatedly showed my booking (that had my name) and even my passport. They kept asking for my name. The bathroom was disastrous and had a foul odor. Toilet had low pressure and on my last night, there was no water at all. The room has mosquitos and it didn’t seem at all clean. I felt sick staying there.
