Breakfast was good. It could do with a bit more variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Also, Milk and sugar in the coffee, for some people, is optional. Would be nice to have a strong, black coffee option as well, but the staff were extremely helpful with that. Reception staff 10/10 They could put a bit more effort into cleaning the bathrooms and the filters in the AC units. Due to high humidity and condensation mould easily gets formed inside the AC unit if it sits idle for a couple of days. The first day we checked in, the room smelled really really mouldy.

Nothing The property was dimly lit to hide the unhygienic surfaces of the property. The entrance was in the mall parking lot, where the mall security doesn’t allow commercial cars. And the exit is a steep climb up to the ground floor level. I checked out early in the morning when the mall was closed and had to get out through the parking with my luggage, the hotel doesn’t provide anyone to help with the luggage on that steep climb. So while climbing with my luggage I fell and dislocated my knee and scrapped it badly, this is the worst hotel experience I have had where there is no one to help guests with luggage also.

I just liked the hotel location. Nothing was great there. I will not suggest to anyone to visit this property in future. The staff was very rigid. We checked in but the staff were not ready to provide invoice with the name of checked in people, and also they were not ready to add company GST number in invoice. After multiple discussion they were ready, but they did provide separate bill for separate room. I never faced such types of issues.

It was inside Phoenix mall so it was nice The staff were very strict about the entry time being as close to 2pm as possible, we had reached at 12 and normally most hotels give us a room after 11;30. The bathroom was very poor, the shower didn’t work properly the temperature was regulating from hot to cold every 30seconds
