Poorly managed.Dirty room bedsheets dirty. I surveyed it but did not stay. But Excellent location. But for the location nothing is good.

They charged extra amount. They weren't ready to accept the amount as per the online booking.

Nothing. In your website, the amount mentioned for 1 room is 1200 with GST. But in reception, they wanted me pay 4100 Rupees and I paid the same. I have proof for the same and I am gonna file a case against this fraud. The room is very dirty and no parking facilities, no fan, no hot water available. The Manager of this hotel is very rude and behaving very badly.

Nothing we did not stay here There is no booking for us when we went to hotel after booking they said there is no connection between booking .com and them it's so rude of them not to maintain connections and the way they spoke is really really rude they did not even apologize and they said booking.com is bad enough

I have not stayed .I requested early check-inwhile booking. Not provided. I came with family and left the place. Cancelled the booking.after the hotel team said no room available. Not stayed. No comments.

They demanded more money compared to what showed on Booking.com. They are just saying that the amount on Booking.com is not correct. They charged 2500 extra for 4 Nights' Stay.
