A persistent unpleasant odor in the room and the corridor significantly impacted the stay. While the property is still relatively new and experiencing some teething issues, the staff would benefit from more training and experience.

The comfort was great, the food and variety were amazing and the staff are very attentive. Especially I want to thank Dabesh, Matthew, Schola and Uday.

Staffs are very friendly and flexible in accepting customers with their requests. Though I arrived little early they made arrangements to checkin early. Special thanks to the team who were so helpful - Yash,Avantita Maulin, Neha.

Hotel is a newer hotel located within a short distance of airport. Room were modern and very clean. Had a buffet supper that was outstanding, and an option for breakfast, but due to flight time wad not able to experience. There is a mall an d shopping with walking distance. Price of hotel was fantastic relative to similar quality of hotels in Chennai. Nothing, hotel exceeded expectations.
