I wanted to extend my room stay for 4-5 days and even showed them website, but they directly refused me and I had to look for another hotel. They only given rooms to couples for 2-3 hours, which is completely wrong. They clearly told me that even if I booked trough their website, They wouldn't be able to provide the room.

After reaching the stay, the room was't clean,the dustbin was not emptied, the bathroom was not washed,very poor maintenance,and no wifi. Very bad behaviour from the room service, though the receptionist was kind enough,the room boys were not the same! Soiled blankets,when asked to change they said they don't have blankets after making a complaint they were changed! Didn't expect this from bookings! Very bad experience!

location was good they charged me 500 INR extra than the actual price at the property, while I have invoices from booking.com and oyo for under 862 INR the amount they charged was 1539 so almost double than the listed price.

When i reached, though manager was having my details, he denied check-in. There starts the story. He asked me how much u paid? I told the amount, wherein, he denied saying that floor price is chargeable, and u need to pay the difference. But anyhow, i managed to check in.very stupid manager.. Manager is charging extra money. If at all, he doesn't want to offer discount price to customers, then why did he enliste his property in hotel sites.most of the hotels ate doing like this. It causes an embarrassing situation where u are bound pay the amount whatever they demand...
