The staff was quite helpful, one of them lent me 300 rupees to pay for my laundry. The breakfast was nutritious. They were happy to provide an extra bedsheet when requested. They only asked me once whether I wanted the room cleaned, right when I got back in the evening on the first day. I asked them to take out the trash, which they did once, but not again. I didn't get breakfast 3 out of the 7 days (I think the provider had some issues), but no compensation was offered.

Their happened to be power shutdown in the area and unfortunately hotel doesn’t have power backup to continue ACs. All afternoon we were sweating and later in the evening we were shifted to another branch which could have been done earlier.

location I was allocated with a small room with small washroom (it was wired shape).

WiFi didn't work at all most of the time. Window blind was broken and I could not pull it up; hence the room was always dark without any natural light. Despite mentioning these issues to the staff right after checking in, they were not fixed throughout an 8-day stay. Room was also quite small and felt cramped; I had expected it to be a bit more spacious.
