The staff at front office, room service and at the restaurant was excellent

Good infrastructure and location with all facilities. The front desk staff took nearly 30 mins to check us in inspite of informing them in advance about our arrival time. The room was hot, it took over 1 hour for the room to cool and make it comfortable after I myself switched on the AC after entering. After all this to make things more worse the room was full of mosquitos. In short couldn't sleep whole night and it was useless waste of time and buying discomfort.

I also tried the spa services. The massage was excellent and very relaxing, but the facial was quite basic. I’m familiar with facials, and for the price, it was a bit below expectations. On a positive note, there is a very good restaurant right in front of the hotel. The food was excellent—highly recommend trying The Seashell restaurant, every dish I had was great. There were a couple of minor technical quirks: the room telephone rang at around 3 a.m., and when I called reception, I was asked to disconnect the phone. Also, the lighting system is fully digital and controlled from a panel next to the bed; the bathroom light sometimes turned on by itself even when switched off, which was a bit unsettling at night.

Location was great, very friendly staff Avoid too much mosquitoes in the lobby. Make sure that the TV is working with WIFI. Make sure that the lights are working well. Make sure that the bathroom drain is working well. Make sure that the safety lock can work. and most of all , when we bring this up to your attention, do something....free breakfast...200 rupees off for breakfast....(as example)

In addition to the poor invoicing services, the check in was about 40 minutes per guest even if it wasn't crowded at the reception. Immediately after checking out they cut off your internet even if you are speaking on Viber in the lobby...

Front office staffs are poor and it seems that they have not trained properly. Even hotel is not worth to give feedback

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. While the location may be convenient, the overall service and communication were far below expectations. Three of my colleagues stayed at the hotel under reservations made through my Genius Level 3 Booking.com account, which clearly included complimentary breakfast. Despite this, all of them were charged for breakfast separately. I contacted the hotel about the issue but received no resolution or response. Booking.com has since confirmed that I was indeed entitled to free breakfast and that a refund should be issued. It is extremely frustrating to deal with such avoidable issues, especially when they stem from poor internal coordination and lack of follow-up from the hotel side. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its service quality and its attention to detail. I do not recommend this property for business stays.

The price was good and the food exceeded my expectations After I checked out and left the country I was harassed on whatsapp from the front office staff about an error they made upon checking out. It should have been done formally.

Reception Staff - special mention, Jayashree, ever smiling, very professional. Room - nice size room, plenty of water, good bed. Shower room could have been more cleaner around the edges.
