The stay here is usually very comfortable. The spread for both breakfast as well as dinner are excellent. The staff go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They also ensure that your specific taste in food is taken care off. Everyone is always warm and friendly

Everything Took too much time to check in

At the time of check-in, we were extremely disappointed when we entered the room, as it had a very strong cigarette smell. I immediately went to the reception to raise the issue and was surprised to learn that the room assigned to us was officially categorized as a non-smoking room. They did change our room as i refused to stay in that room. I am unsure how the housekeeping team cleaned and cleared the room as suitable for guests, as the smell was unmistakably that of a smoking room. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. The quality of the food, including the juices and coffee, was below expectations.

Room had additional door which opened into other room. Although it was locked but kept worrying me if someone can open and enter into my room. Also, just on top of my bed (head side) ceiling light was broken and one can see a big dark hole. Kept worrying me all night if an insect like creature could fall on my head while sleeping. BAD Better room maintainence. And can inform the guest about other attached room and ensure no one has access or peep through.

Good location on OMR and reasonable price. Bathroom has no curtain or proper partition, and the shower quality is poor.

The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We had a situation and asked for a early check in and they were able to accommodate us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms is spacious and ambience is good. We were disappointed with the staff’s behavior and expected a more professional and courteous attitude. We have stayed here five times before and clearly observed a change in the way the staff conducts themselves. Although we requested a high-floor room in advance, this preference was not considered during check-in, which made us feel that customer requirements are not given proper attention. This request was addressed after we reminded the staff. The staff also appeared indifferent and did not greet guests at the breakfast area, which did not convey a sense of hospitality. Additionally, we had informed the hotel that we would be checking out at 12:30 PM. However, our room key was deactivated before that time, preventing us from accessing our room to collect our luggage. We were neither informed about the automatic deactivation of the room key nor was any extension provided despite our prior communication.

The spread was good but not the best I have had. I did not manage to try most of the food. Dont eat much for breakfast. The staff were polite. The service was good.
