Even charging for very light snacks. Have paid so much and still can’t provide any compliments. Also WIFI was not working most of the time

Great location great food and friendly staff Sometimes hotels have parties which music is very loud, noisy and customers couldn’t sleep. It longed until 12AM.

location. A/C did not work. Clogging in bathroom sink. staff communication not professional. Very less towels. not value for money. Asked to checkout before checkout time.

The staff was nice, the south indian food was good. The room was extremely dirty, had mold all over the bathroom. The sheets had hair, nose pickings and stains. The furniture was broken and dirty, the finishing was terrible. There were wires coming out of places. The bathroom had an absolutely terrible moldy smell. There was seepage on the bathroom ceiling and a leak in the shower. There was hair and a dried toilet paper on the drain. The TV was crooked and off brand. The center table was broken. All this and they claim that this is 4-star luxury.

It was in the central area of Chennai and accessible by all means The room service and housekeeping were extremely disappointing. Water bottles and basic supplies were not stocked up regularly, and every time we needed something, we had to call the reception multiple times and keep reminding them before it was finally attended to. This became very frustrating during our stay. The all-inclusive breakfast buffet was also poorly managed. The place was overcrowded, food items weren’t restocked in time, and tables often remained uncleared for a long time, making it hard to find a clean spot to sit and eat.

Parking. Staff did a good job in making sure my car is parked right. But if they get many cars it's difficult to get parking in the hotel

Good location, close to OFC, good breakfast Room smelled cigarette smoke each time I entered Requested for Iron box in the reception and was not delivered TV was not usable WiFi worked only after a while
