Front office has only one guy always, most of the time not available in the place. He forgot to collect the key from me, while checking out. This shows their attentiveness.

The property was in a great location. The room was a good size and complimentary bottled water was provided. The front-desk staff are friendly. The furniture seemed a bit battered and had a lot of marks on it, but didn't affect the night's sleep. The room could have been a bit cleaner in general.

Location . Bad service. Property was a dump ? ... No towels in room telephone did not work , no shower curtain, a/C buttons don't work so it's either freeze yourself or sweat yourself. No laundry available as mentioned. No in-house restaurant. Lots of improvement required if they want to stay in business after the Metro work is done

T nagar and Pondi Bazar shopping centers are very close. Calm hotel Very small room. Very old building . reception, corridor and toilet are just average. When I reached the hotel at night 10;30 they don't have records of the booking made through booking .com. but got a room as there was a vacancy. No restaurant in the hotel

Staffs were good -- they were doing their best to make us comfortable It is not up to the mark as far as cleanliness is concerned .. No system bill , no card payment -- overall its okok kind of stay.
