Very bad customer service at the front desk, no proper communication with the shift staffs. When I checked in I was not asked to pay the bill, but everything I take the lift, especially in the mornings when going down for breakfast when the lift door opens they shout and ask for payment.., honestly in my entire life if traveling I wasn’t treated in this manner. If they need to collect my payment they can always call my room no. but they never use their initiative. Every morning I have to call house keeping, despite calling they don’t turn up. I will only see them coming around 4 to 5pm m, that also I have to approach them to clean my room.

The room was clean and neat but quite small for 2 people. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Not many choices. The breakfast area can be better. WiFi isn’t accessible at the breakfast area.
