Location- Great Location. 10-15 mins walk from shopping area of T.Ngr. Walkable distance to Nandanam Metro B4 exit. Check-in - Check- In was smooth & fast. Room- Room was reasonably spacious & comfortable. Bed is soft. Good lighting. Good A/C. Good for a couple or Business travellers. Bathroom- Bathroom is comfortable. Good water pressure . Excellent HOT WATER supply round the clock. Showerroom is wide enough. Breakfast- Breakfast was superb with sufficient number of items. Hot & Tasty. Staff- Restaurant & Room Service staff were polite & good . Check-out - Check-out was fast & smooth. Food was tasty . Hotel has enough space for vehicles parking. Highly recommended for all types of travelers. Will come again with family. Good value for money. Actually check-in time is 12 noon. I informed my timing as 2-3 pm & I went there at 3.30pm. They made me to wait for 15-20 mins to allots room. I asked them to clean my room when I went out . They informed me that they would clean around 12. But when I returned at 1 pm , they didn’t even started cleaning. Then they made me wait in the reception & finish cleaning. They served me some food. I kept the empty vessels & plates outside the room around 5 pm . But they were not cleared till 10 pm & I don’t know when they did it . Overall House keeping needs to improve. Too much noise outside the room. Not a good sound proof room.

First time in S hotel in Chennai with my girlfriend. Our stay was indeed a memorable one just because of one bad experience. We stayed for 4days and 3 nights. When we came to check in on 14 dec 24, the room was not ready. A lady told me wait. After a considerable time, I approached the staff to expedite my check in since I was running a fever. I was given room with twin beds but actually I booked a queen size bed. I was too sick and I just needed to rest due to my fever. Room was small and crammed. All were fine except the Tv was not working. We called in the technician at least 3 times to get our tv working. 2 different technician came and gave us two different conflicting instructions to turn on the TV. After which we managed to turn on the TV on our own. The first two days were fine , they made up our room as requested for a comfy stay. Now the finale was the last night, we wanted to try the hotel restaurant for dinner, since we have not tried the food there. After our shopping, we went to have our dinner there at 830pm. we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered coffee, pomegranate juice, salad and guotiao goreng. There were 2 more male guests entered the restaurant to place their orders. Salad came in 15 mins. Cofee was served 35 mins later. Pomegranate juice in 35 mins. But our guotiao goreng was not served. We saw them serving the other table which further irritated us. We were famished but we just try to called off the guotiao since its taking forever to come. We were literally trying to check what actually went wrong in our order. The Manager, Prasad, who happened to be there did not respond or react to our queries. He was expressionless that further triggered our anger. He simply told his staff to settle us bluntly. We felt so offended. We settled the bill and wanted to head back to our room. The overall incharge, Mr Gunasekar, kept apologizing to us for their mistake and even volunteer to send the food to the room which we declined.
