OYO 5328 Cloud 7 Serviced Apartements

I didn't stay due to long information from the property Long distance to the airport

They charged 200 extra for the room 800 in place of 600 that was shown on the OYO and the booking.com, booking was for double bed the room had a single bed AC was not functioning, heater was not functioning no towels were provided. the bath fitting was not functioning water kept leaking from all the taps. I sent the Evidence for over charging via e-mail, but they were not accepted or Processed. I was told to upload via their link which I couldn't due to continuous travelling. So Lost the refund also.

I had a terrible stay. They charged extra money, and the room was in very bad condition. The staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered. When we went inside just to keep our luggage, the staff member started arguing, saying guests weren’t allowed, even though we weren’t staying there.

Didn't like anything... I reach there around 1am direct from airport to there.. I already make my booking week earlier.. Once we reach there they say no room for Malaysian.. And the boys at counter are so rude n chase us out??

Nothing is there which I can like I booked a room it’s a standard room with queen size bed but they provide me a single bed with dirty bedsheet and a thin blanket , I paid for breakfast and I got a excuse that there are no restaurants nearby , walls of room r like cracked as well as black spots all over , no tv as well as Ac remote doesn’t work it’s direct from main board, bathroom don’t have soap shampoo , it’s my worst experience and I contacted and reported to customer care but no body cares just they assure that they will refund me , it’s cheating

Nothing, just was at good location that’s why I preferred this property There was no bed sheet, bathrooms were not that clean

The hotel refused to accomodate me. The room was already paid, but according to them they wouldn't be allowed to host foreigners with a German passport. Total scam, beware of this hotel! In addition I had to find another hotel at 12 am, total fun!
