Not applicable - I did not stay in the property. Listen to what I have to say very carefully. I booked three rooms for 20th to 23rd at Super Townhouse, based on reviews and the photograph of the property. Soon after booking I starting getting several emails asking me to pay up for the three rooms. The emails even said that if I dont pay, I may not get the property as bookings are running full. I was given a linek to something called 'Fab Hotels' to pay - but the link did not work. Out of panicking that I may lose the booking, I called up a few numbers, got through to Oyo perhaps? and ended up making payment for one room. When we arrived and checked the property, it was dirty beyond words, unhygienic and smelt of urine. We left without staying and since we had to get accomodation closer to the Leela Palace where we had our conference the next day, we had to go around looking for a property. We got one close to midnight. Once the conference was over we returned to Bangalore. I had no time all this while to cancel the booking while there. I will be going to all the social media and reporting the kind of Sham Oyo properties are. I need you to refund the entire amount to my bank account immediately - I think I paid through my husband Jayant Gandhi's credit card. Please do the needful without delay. And also stop bluffing, or lying. Show real pictures and you will realise no one will want to come and stay with you.

I recently booked a Deluxe AC room expecting a comfortable stay based on the online photos. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. The room was not clean, with stained blankets that had a strong unpleasant odor. The walls were dusty and poorly maintained, and the toilets were dirty. The overall condition of the room was disappointing, especially considering the price I paid The photos on the booking website did not accurately represent the room, which was misleading. The service was also poor with no effort made to address our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others due to its poor room condition and service. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Chennai, I'd suggest exploring other options.

Nothing Everything. They even scammed me into paying 2 nights worth of stay for 4 extra hours of early check in. I was desperate because I was a woman alone at 5am

The AC was not working. The staff was not helping at all. Very shady. Someone named Kumar was the manager, he was very mean and not at all cooperating. NEVER STAY HERE.

The rooms in this place look NOTHING LIKE the photos on this site. DO NOT STAY THERE. Our room smelt of mould, everything is falling apart, it's one of the worst "hotels" I have ever been into I didn't like anything
