I don't like He not accepted booking.com booking he say not tieup with booking.com only direct booking he say if you need room pay extra 800 rupees .only direct booking collected amount total 1800 1 night

nothing I booked a hotel one week before, but when I arrived, they told me the hotel is fully booked and they couldn’t accommodate me

I booked the room prior, I told them in the phone call that I will be late, they agreed to it. When I reach, they said that the room is occupied and only one room left that is deluxe . I agreed and paid 1800rs. When I saw the room, it was the normal , no deluxe at all. Room was small, bathroom was broken, water was leaking, no window door for bathroom. They got extra money for an average normal room in the name of deluxe room. Totally disappointed by the behaviour

This property I booked has absolutely scammed me with extra money which is double the amount I booked and the room was completely different from the photos. The Room was very dirty and unhygienic. The receptionist was not letting me to check in despite booking on website. I tried contacting the property multiple times before the arrival and yet not reachable. The name of the property is different from the website.

Nothing they denied my stay after reaching hotel due to electricity issues and they asked to upgrade to delux room for double price.

Nothing The property is scamming people by showing a different price for their rooms and then telling their guests to pay extra. A scam that I am seeing happening across Chennai, be very careful and lift wasn't working and I was given a 3rd floor room, shaby cleaniing of room, no towel provided, when asked I was told that all towels went for wash, no drinking water provided, when asked they said water bottles were over. I had to checkout the next morning, they did not even have the curteousy to call and ask why I was checking out. I ended up paying for both the days.

It is close to US consulate. Floor was sticky Washroom was not clean, Soap and hair were there from previous customer. Water was also leaking from tap Bed was not cleaned and it was wet when I checked in Stain marks on towel Cost of room hiked when I visited the hotel, In booking.com room got confirmed for 1020 but they took 1800. They said booking.com is not official portal for booking there room if so why is it liated in it.
