Everything was great.

Nothing After 12hrs flight and 1 hour by Taxi I reached the hotel at 10PM to check-in but I surprised that the hotel canceled my booking and they don't have any vacant rooms They reason was that I didn't pay 50% of the stay cost however i booking website it is clearly mentioned I'll bay at the hotel It was so inconvenience & rude

Breakfast was simple and delicious, South Indian Dishes. Location is calm and peaceful. Good spacious living rooms and ventilated with peaceful atmosphere. Bathrooms are bit older

We liked the dining staff Roman very much. He is very courteous and make sure all our needs are satisfied. Always with a smile. Front desk Michael is also a good host. No board in the front displaying Treebo Vapr Ashoknagar so very difficult to find the location for any one including taxis.. No facilities to pay the room charges by credit or debit cards. Always the machine is broken. No concession for continuous stay. Staff is not aware of hotel policies when we book through booking . Com In booking . Com the confirmation says no pay needed untill check in time but the hotel reservation is cancelled if you don’t pay before 24 hours of check in. It was a pain to face the cancellation when you traveling or checking in after landing in midnight by an international flight. These policies have to be addressed correctly Breakfast time has to be 7:30 to 10 am in the morning because by the time they bring the breakfast it is half an hour late. If they say 8 they bring only at 8:30 No direct phone number to call the hotel and there is one and it always goes to answering machine.

Location and the service. Great hospitality. Staff is well trained and professional. Since we were 2 female friends, they ensured on comfortableness, secured place. Helped in booking cabs and guiding local places.Mr Arun, executive manager was very helpful and ensured on taking care of all our needs. Wonderful place to stay. I would love to use the place for my visits.

Our recent stay at this wonderful hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my family and I were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Payment through credit card facility was not there. The machine was broken

The breakfast was adequate for me- omelette and buttered toast- with juice The entire facility was very clean, amenities were very good, bathroom clean & well designed. The A/C (Daikin) was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. Treebo is very conveniently located, nearby SIMS hospital, only 15 min. ride by Uber. Sometimes talking by guests in hall at night. No signboard of hotel outside, difficult for taxi/Uber to find.

The property is in a residential area and exceptionally quiet for a large city. The rooms are spacious, clean, the AC working well. The staff were very gracious and accommodating. There isn’t a hotel sign board, so, initially difficult to locate. Only breakfast is served buffet style. There’s no restaurant. There’s common living room spaces outside the rooms, so occasionally noisy when people gather there.

The person at reception was kind to try help resolve our problem. Our booking was cancelled and no one could identify who authorised the cancellation. I did not like being stranded in the middle of the night. I booked the hotel and it was cancelled. I didn't like that I drove more than 2 hours after a long flight looking for the hotel. The hotel did not h Ok ave the name written (as per what was shared on bookings) How was I supposed to find the hotel.
