The room is clean. They provided toiletries. Wifi is good. The receptionist are helpful, they even help us order via Zomato & call for taxi or tuktuk? It is near to testing center - PearsonVue. When we came the entire hotel smells insecticide, though it’s was good that they are doing it to disinfect & kill all the cockroaches & other insects.

Staff are accommodating. Just a bit of cleanliness improvement with regard to linens and AC cooling. Also slippers need to be provided since im a solo traveller and have not been prepared since its my 1st time in India i have not encountered such hotels with no disposable slippers. Otherwise all staff are good.

The hotel was clean and was in City, easy to access major Malls and places like Mount Road etc.. the food was excellent, similar to the tastes we get in Kuwait. we didn’t find any big family hotels nearby. So the HotPlate in Blu Iris was a advantage. we expected to extend our stay for few more hour, but due to busy schedule we couldn’t stay more and had to checkout as planned. we hope the Hotel would be flexible next time to accommodate client’s request for more hours which can be paid.

Facility is clean. Staff are approachable. t is not easy to locate. There is no sign or name of the facility outside.

Near to center Cleanliness. The Blankets, pillow covers and towels seems like not changed. Stains was still visible, the smell of towel was not new(used). I asked the housekeeper to change my bed linens and towel as well but they refused, Their reasoning was it was to be changed the next day(on my check out). Bring ur own slippers as they will not provide and NO TISSUES.
